I have seen so many people asking for a way to send free text to other countries (esp Nepal). I tried this on iPhone. But there are options for other smartphones too. for all i-Devices... go to App Store and download Heywire app. It's free. and you can send text to 140 countries for free...for nepal just dial: +977### ### ####. I think you can use the website too (click here). But it's still in Beta and certain restrictions apply. (It says you can use only on United Telecome (Nepal) but it works on NTC too. I have tried.

I have this app since it was launched two months ago. For some reason international text doesnot work. Domestic text does work.

Its been there for long time ago.

Does it really matter how long it's out there? It's there and we can use it.
And I have been using it. I send text to nepal..
dial +977 and the mobile number, it should work (I only used NTC numbers)...
