Well, the khas of nepal  are the natives in the lower  himalayan belts from hindukush  to himalaya.they settled here prior to the aryan inasion of india.

 I totally agree with you on the Hindi speech thing.  but what is also true is he doesn't represent all the madhesi people.  He is just a bad person.  He is as wrong as Prachanda giving interview in hindi to the indian media.

Syanjali and hannspree you guys are totally wrong. All the chhetris and majority of bahuns are from khas community who came from Iran before Aryan invansion on india. Genetically they are more purer aryan breed than Indians coz a typical indian is a hybrid of an aryan and a dravid. You can easily comprehend that by physiognomy.After Mughal expanison in western/ northwestern india many indians, mainly hindu brahmins, escaped to western hills and influenced local ruler to adopt hinduism. Later on, during the regime of Jumli king Baliraj Shahi the khas community was undergone caste system. Khas were the people of high martial value and traditions so most of them fell under Chhetri caste, very few to brahmins and others. Yes, you are right, few nepalese brahmin surnames belong and hail from India but not all of them. If you have gone through the history of khas people you should know they were natural/ shaman and budhha worshiper. They adopted hinduism only after 14th century. You can see a lot of evidences on this in Dullu area of Dailekh district (Raja Prithvi Malla's stone relic) IF YOU WANNA KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS I CAN WRITE MORE FOR YOU.
