cheap bhaneko ta tyastai ho, DHL ko service ramro hunchha. you can also try nepalko hulak, but can't guarantee delivery because they open your package and see what's inside and who knows they might take if it's something like an iphone or ipod, even camera.

15% tax, you will get 75% discount on courier if you know anybody works in Fedex. I sent laptop for less than $50.

you can use USPS, which is comparatively cheaper than any other courier, USPS express mail with insurance will cost you much less.

where UPS charges you $200.00 for 16lbs, USPS will only charge $100, that includes insurance as well.

I have sent iphone, ipod and other goods through USPS express mail service and they have reached there safe and quick [3-5 business days].

so my recommendation would be go with USPS, but don't forget to take insurance coverage[if your goods are expensive]..
