I am in Nepal Now and I am flying back to states again after couple weeks. Chicago port of entry ko khabar aile k kasto cha? Achel ta ke testo deport seprot garya chaina ni? ke tha bhaye bhandinu na hai....

 tension cha ni, lately I heard 4 people got deported.

Well Dukhe, u r coming after couple of weeks anyhow, port of entry maa problem cha bhanera pakkai pani Nepal maa ta basdainau hola, aauna ta pari halyo. J hola hola bhanera aune ni...
Yeah but hopefully there wnt b any problem with u or whoever is returning back to US...

If u had [Disallowed String for - bad word]ed up ur GPA in college, u might be in trouble. but every cases depend on officer.  However, they have the right to deport you no matter what the circumstances is. so if u have some fear regarding your US coming back, suck it up and change the port of entry. Come from new jersey. they have the cool officers there. 

Sajako, you are ryt. NJ is the safest bet
My brother who was working in desi consultant, (no jobs but have H1b) got safe entry from there after coming back from nepal. Though may be he is from nepal can also be the reason.

@sajhako, status ta student nai ho dude, gpa thikai cha......****ed up bha chaina......aaba maile j hola hola tyai bata aaune bichar gare.......kinaki poe change garna jhanjhat jasto cha.....baru tya ke bhaihalyo bhane kasari respond garda chai thik hola.....?lawyer lagauchu bhanna paiyela ni haina? ke kura sodhe chup lagera basne adhikar ta cha ni haina? yesto case parey kun chai lawyer le herla?
ani kam garya this bhanda thiye bhanne ki thiyina bhanne ki chupa lagne ta?

Dude if you've worked using SS tell 'em YES( in cOllege)incase they ask you coz they're gonna find out anyway. If they threaten you too much say you have a right to remain silent & won't cooperate 'til you see your lawyer. Those people read people's face & are trained that way so don't act like your frightened. Incase your interrogated, look straight into their eyes & answer questions with no hesitation. Don't carry your SS card, CCs, DL/state ID in your wallet; just school ID. delete your work/boss phone # and/or photos if you've got 'em.

It takes guts, luck ,Psychology and research. A guy who broke all the immigration rules worked using ss no, fake h1b got in n out from chicago port of entry not once but multiple times. He is now working in government office.Gutsy, huh. So, Dhuke its just you are worrying much.
