my son is 18month old and he is u s citizen. we would like to come back USA with help of my son. we dont know the process. we are in Nepal now with my son. so help us how to get back to USA. we are very serious about it.

Excuse me my french, but ur post was articulated in such a way tht I couldn't resist. As far as, taking advantage of your child goes (looks like tht is wht was intended from the very begining), he cannot help you for another, mmh lets see, 19 year and a half exact year.

Mr smartguy, thanks for the comment. well stand on my foot and tell me all this. Well whats wrong if i used my son on this. there is lots of people doing same. well i never intend to come back Nepal. But what to do, my father past away and i m only the one son from my family. I gotta to take care this our culture things. I thought that i will do something here in nepal. But u smart guys hope knows about nepal condition. Well i try to do business here with my buddy and he double cross on business. I loose all. Do u have this kind of tragedy in your life. It is easy to talk. If you cant help just ................ leave me along.

 Maharjan saathi, I don't think it is possible for you to get any sort of visa based on your son's citizenship.  When he becomes an adult, he can sponsor you.  Since you have already lived in the US, assuming you did not over-stay, and have a track record of returning back to your country, your visa application might be looked upon favorably.  Good luck.  Your friendly neighborhood counsellor.

Maharjan ji Nepali_American is right. This is called anchor visa and I don't think there is any provision for it right now. Better find some other way to get here. If that was possible, everybody would try to come to USA while there wives were pregnant.
