The whole of Nepal is waiting eagerly for the new PM with new hopes and aspirations but who benefits? It's not the people to be sure. It's the smart industrialist Mr. Hulas Chanda Golchha who plays his cards well to give his vehicle the Mustang the biggest publicity it could ever hope to get.
Within 2 days the sale of the Mustang skyrocketted to clear all vehicles they were holding in stock. Now they are booked for over 500 more vehicles. Unconfirmed sources have confirmed a meeting between Hisila Yami and Surendra Golchha of the Golchha group at the Golchha mansion.
Advertising has always been a big industry in Nepal and now this new publicity stunt throws a totally different spin to the game. According to observers the Mustang is a reasonably cheap car at 17 laks NRs. Some observers have noted that since it is manufactured in the country it's price should be lower since they don't have to pay a 300% tax like for imported vehicles. The purchase of the vehicle in question has not been determined. It could very well have been a gift by the industrialist.
A big kudos to the Golchha group and the newly elect Prime minister for once again blowing dust in the eyes of the public.

Good for Golcha Group to open an automobile factory in Nepal, thereby providing thousands of jobs and contributing to Nepal's economy.

If this is true.... then i would claim the nepali janatas as clowns to be watching the politicians using Nepal as the football field and striking the goals one after another... Do we not think this needs to be over with... why do we just watch and let them do whatever they feel like doing and wait for someone to do our work... All these chor political netaas need to be punished for makeing our country a living hell and letting them enjoy the heavenly service when people are suffering on the side.
If not today when? If not us who will? The currupt political system is the downfall of our nation... The misuse of Power and its affects under the influence of Money is the underlining root cause of the present situation....

Yes, this is true that Golchha is benefited. What is the nation made up of? Leaders, Business, community, culture, people and land.
What is golchha? Answers is straight = Business. Who is benifited then? We people.
It is good to know that because of our new PM, the sale of at least Nepali product went up. I am at least don't remember a name of a politicain who gave a little damn about nepali product and market. May be I am unaware, or not onto the level where I could understand business and politics. Even, I know if something is sold made in Nepal means we all nepali are benefited. Let all the politicians have the vehicle, not only the vehicle, TV, DVD and all other products made in Nepal. Then see, how Nepali market goes up. How the employement in Nepal goes up. We all Nepali working in foriegn land, not for fun, it is our necessity which separated all from their family. Let our market go up. Let we all be back to our place one day.
It is good thing to observe both the side of the coin. Perhaps, this is a good move of PM, at lease for a time being. It may be bad, if PM has made some personal arrangement of commission with the manufacturer. We will be even glad if, the commission arangement is made with Nepal govenment to proceed with continual purchase of Nepali product.
This can be a good exemaple set by Baburam, if taken positively. However, the door for critisism should always be opened.
This my own opinion, I am not at all related with Golchha or Baburam Bhattarai.

If anyone advertises Nepali product that's a good thing. I even don't mind if he had taken any payment for that publicity. But this guy needs to learn that absolute communism is not suited for Nepal. It will take a lot more for maoist to take off the killer tag than by just riding a car built by Nepali orphan kids because their parents were killed by same maoists.

In addition to that: Advertising has always been a big industry in Nepal and now this new publicity stunt throws a totally different spin to the game. Lately, reports have been coming in of an unconfirmed meeting between the prime minister and Mr. Binod Chaudhary of the Chaudhary Group (CG) late last night amid the busy schedule of the prime minister. An insider from Baluwatar up on anonymity reported that a deal has been struck between the two, in which the prime minister will announce in his first address to the nation about how much he loves “Wai Wai” because of its various qualities and will declare “Wai Wai” to be the official national snack of Nepal. In his address to the nation, the prime minister is confirmed to state that he will pass a strict law in which all the government officials working in their offices should have “Wai Wai” as their “khaja” on working days. The prime minister will announce how he feels this way he will be able to eradicate corruption and laziness in the staff. Since “Wai Wai” can be eaten raw, made into “pat-patte” or can be boiled within 2 minutes, it will definitely reduce the time of the “Khaja”-break and make civil servants more efficient workers. In addition to this, it will also make civil servants healthier because “Wai Wai” contains proteins, vitamins and essential minerals. And above all it will help to increase people’s saving since “Wai Wai” is cheap which will in effect increase the economic growth of Nepal. It is still unclear how the prime minister will relate the goodness of “Wai Wai” with completion of peace process and constitution making, the third important agenda of the prime minister’s recently announced program. Unconfirmed sources from CG say that they are now planning for new advertising campaign of “Wai Wai” with Manushi Yami Bhattari as their new model. Miss Bhattarai will be provided heavy royalty for each time the ad goes up on television, radio and other media, which will be as per the negotiation of the deal.

I'm more concerned about reliability and sefety measurements of the vehicle. Providiong proper protection and security to a PM is a national security issue and he sholdn't be allowed to pick a vehicle of his choice just for getting attention if it doesn't meet certain requirements. May be it is a good vehicle but this is the first time I heard about it.
Mustang? I wonder where they got that name from! :)

Amricane bro chill out. I'm sorry I had to bring out your true self. Don't you have any respect for your mother and sisters? I don't understand why you are so offended at this piece of comedy. Either you are a big fan of Baburam or a big fan of Golchha, I haven't been able to figure that out. But either ways, calm down and enjoy my writing!

there is nothing wrong in using mustang gadi. But what is wrong is to see baburam bhattrai taking photo with Golcha. There are few photos. It seems very dodgy. There is little doubt golcha gave him good amount of money to baburam.
If he wants mustang just use it. NO need to publicize. No need to take photographs with business man.
BOTH BABURAM AND GOLCHA ARE IN WIN WIN SITUATION. Further more, the vehicle used by baburam will not be ordinary mustang. Because it will be modified. That is sure to raise its price.
