I am employed Fulltime as a Junior DBA but my company has asked me to take some IT helpdesk classes as well. I looked at some schools but they only have semester long classes. I need some training that is done within couple weeks. It can also be ionline.
Some of the responsbilities include:
Provide technical assistance to internal and home based staff regarding software and hardware; not limited to but including, laptops, telephones, cell phones, printers, VPN connectivity, and various AV equipment.
Hardware - PC/Servers, Laptop, Printers, Copiers, AV Equipment, Fax Machines and
Telephones.
PC and Server Operating systems - Windows XP and Windows 2003 Server.
Please let me know if you guys know of any such things.
