Nepalis and friends of Nepal from all walks of life, ethnicity, caste, gender and age can actively participate in a simple act of walking to give back to Nepal in sweat, spirit and money. This is a movement that will inspire Nepalis all over the world in believing that it is possible to make a difference by working together. It will grow every year as more and more people join the movement. It will bridge the divide between Nepalis who share different political and religious ideologies to come together to do some real simple good for Nepal.
This movement is called “Walk for Nepal.”
Nepal Ko Yuwa is organizing the Walk for Nepal program, in partnership with Boston Nepali Youth Movement, Association of Youth Organizations Nepal, Rock for Nepal and partner social-cause organizations (Help Nepal Network, Nyaya Health, Nepali Children Education Fund, Empower Dalit Women of Nepal and Friends of Maiti Nepal).
