it must be a huge family gathering as it is thanksgiving. dont ever feel that you are left out there if your gf is busy ( just a possibility) . engage yourself and be communicative. Not to forget - be yourself too.

 I understand where u r coming from on this, but let me tell you it will be much better than you are expecting. Bascially all you gotta do is be open and do not be shy and be too reserve, or you will be inexistance soon. So try to be relax, laugh and crack up some humor(alwz works).
And all those culture and religion is mostly in your head. Just don't even think about that, more you think more conscious you will be. Introduce youself, they will ask u to repeat your name n stuff and they you will prolly ask do you guys celebrate thanksgivingor not? n all those basic questions...

So bottom line is, since you are already in relationship, and they have already invited you means they are happy about it but still would like to meet you, which is totally understandble and since they invited you for thanks giving.... All I see in Green light buddy.....
Also since they are Mexican families you can worry less about culture and skin color....Enjoy the Turkey

 I have not been to a mexican family but i have been to American families in Thanksgiving multiple times. There is no reason for you to panic about it. Just go with your girlfriend and talk to the family. Don't be shy and engage yourself in the conversations. Being funny would be a plus point for you. I bet you $50 bucks if you show some sense of humor its most likely the family members will remember you. Also, based on my experience so far your most likely to wind up withppl of your age like cousins,brother,sisters any body. 
  Dude, its real fun to be with a family of different culture. Get most out of it whether you end up marrying your girl friend or not you will still have some great memories.

Just make sure she is 18+ otherwise we have to donate again
