Thank you for your email. I'm happy to hear about your foreign friends trip to Nepal. We are Friendship United Nepal(FUN-Nepal) Volunteering work with adventure travel and tours in Nepal.
I would like to request you, Please send me your friends requirement in details, they would like to stay in Kathmandu only or they would like to stay in village with volunteering work opportunities. If you send me your friends schedule, I will more happy with you.

What we offer you
- Family stay (Staying with local Nepali families)

I have mentioned about schedule of 2 weeks Adventures travel and Volunteering program please have a look as follow:
2 Weeks Adventure Travel and Volunteering program Cost: US$550/ person
The cost covers
1st Day: Pick you up from Kathmandu Airport + Welcome dinner at the hotel.
2nd Day: Nepali language class+ Cultural information and sightseeing in Kathmandu Sayambhunath (Monkey Temple), World heritage places by car with entrance fees as well.
3rd Day: Nepali language+ personal safety class+ Family stay information + sightseeing (Pashupati Nath and Buddha Nath) World heritage places. Entrance fees as well + Newari Dinner.
4th Day: Move to Project Placement and Nepali dinner with family.
5th-9th Day: Volunteering (Teaching at local School, Orphanage home or other project) with local sightseeing.
10th Day: Going to Chitwan + Evening National Park jungle activities + staying at hotel or Jungle resort
11th Day: Chitwan National Park visit for 2 days (Elephant ride to see the one horn Rhinoceros and Royal Bengal Tiger, canoeing, Elephants baby center, Tharu Cultural Dance, Tharu village, true Jungle walk etc.) + staying at hotel or Jungle resort.
12th Day: Travel back to Kathmandu by tourist Bus + staying at hotel and Rest.
13th Day: Placement feedback + Placement report writing + good bye dinner.
Final Day: Good bye with a Nepali gift.
Included:
- Airport collection,
- Accommodation and main meals during training period in Kathmandu and Village (Host family)
- Major sightseeing in Kathmandu,
- Orientation on Language, Culture Exchange.
- Land transportation to the placement and to the Chitwan National park.
- jungle activities like (Elephant ride to see the one horn Rhinoceros and Royal Bengal Tiger, canoeing, Elephants baby center, Tharu Cultural Dance, Tharu village, visit Tharu museum, elephant bathing, Jungle walk etc), accommodation and at the jungle hotel and park entrance fees,
- land transportation back to Kathmandu,
- last night accommodation in Kathmandu,
- Good bye party with Nepali gift and airport departure transportation .
Excluded:
- Air transportation,
- Drinks, telephones, laundry and extra food.
Note: If they don't like to work as a volunteer.It Okay, It is not necessary.But if they want to get learn about Nepali lifestyle , cultures and daily life of Nepalese people , they have to do volunteering with us and have stay local village.
Additional Information:
Accommodations: – Volunteers / Guest will have to stay at Nepali home with traditional Nepali families (host family). The accommodation is typically Nepali and based by Western standards, often with traditional Nepali toilets and showers.
Food: – Volunteers/Guest are provided with 3 meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).
Suggestion: Volunteers/ Guest can bring along teaching materials such as picture books, grammar book, dictionary, instruments, flash cards, art supplies, toy games and songs, globe, map, country flag or anything volunteer wants to bring.
Note: not necessary.
In Country Support: 24-hour support provided by our local staff. You will be provided with the contact details of the local coordinator and staff that will be contactable 24 hrs. A day once you are in country.
