Hello Sajha folks,

If I buy Qatar Airways eTickets for my parents from the US, does Qatar Airways require the credit card I used to pay for the ticket at the counter in Tribhuwan International Aiport? Can you guys please tell me? I was gonna call them here but their office is closed until 9 AM tomorrow and I may miss the online deal by then.

Also, do they need any transit visa for Qatar?

answers to both your questions -"NO". and if you have more than 5 hrs transit make sure you request for the hotel as well, tell your travel agent to include hotel  in your ticket.

 I dont think so. Just ask your parents to call quatar today to confirm their seats.

 Yes they need the CC. My wife had that issue as the CC was with me. At least make sure that your CC number is with them including exp date and 3 digits on the back. 

I am assuming that you bought the tickets directly from their website. If you bought through a travel agent or an online agent then you are safe.

Kanchhu...could you tell what kind of online deal you are getting with Qatar airways. I just checked their websites and the cheapest I could see is 2300 for the month of August.

 I was getting it for around $1400 for july returning on Nov.
