Sorry bro! that is not how " Choyela" is made!! this is completely screwed up recipe! Call it just like sandheko masu in " non-newari" (choyela) style. Choyela would taste lot different that what you are making..any local newars from KTM valley would know even the basic of choyela making so lets not give wrong impression!
FYI, Scallion ( hariyo pyaj) is never added in traditional choyela rather " hariyo lasun" is essential part of it!! nor the tomato is chopped like you did or fried!! not the correct recipie!
