नेपालमा राजदरवारसँग साँठगाँठ छ भन्दै हिँडेका कारणले Dark Prince का नामले चर्चित भएका कौशल निरौला र डेनिएल गार्सियालाई सन २००८ डिसेम्बर ५ तारीकका दिन एक ७४ बर्षीय Clifford Lambert को हत्या गरेको आरोप प्रमाणित भएपश्चात उक्त सजाएँ सुनाइएको हो ।

यहाँस्थीत San Francisco Chronicle ले जनाएअनुसार निरौलाले ती वृद्ध व्यक्तिको हत्या गर्नका लागि तीस हजार डलर दिई दुई जना अमेरिकी नागरीकहरु ६१ बर्षीय David Replogle र २८ बर्षीय Miguel Bustamante लाई लगाएका थिए भने ती दुवै जनालाई सन २०११ जनवरी ३ तारीकका दिन अदालतले हत्यारा प्रमाणित गरी जन्मकैद सुनाएको थियो ।
