When I am home, I eat lots of fruits, grilled chicken breasts, vegetables, occasional brown rice and white rice, protein shake, healthy fats like nuts and almonds, fish oils, and lots of water. When i am travelling, I don't have choice but to eat anything I get except fast food.

few tips for you guys: I was 80 kgs and i started running at least 4 miles everyday, but that was of no use at all. I am in my early thirties, and i am 5'6" and i am down to 60 kgs only. I started lifting weights and in just few weeks i started feeling some changes. It started with the reductio of my belly size. Now its been three years. I have six packs, though i did not do anything for stomach. All i do is running (about 2 miles) and 45 minutes of heavy workout nonstop, everyday. I now feel great, both mentally and physically. I often regret for not doing this for myself from the very beginning. So for young kids in 18/19's you should start working out from rt now. It looks ugly on you to walk with bulky fat cheek and chicks don't love them either. I have been a great fan of salman khan and that too helped me achieve me this goal. So, make someone who you want to be as your idol, and start working out in e same manner. Don't be greedy on food. Eat four time a day, but not in a pakhe manner. Count your calories! We small size body-built nepalese don't need 2000 calories, 1200 is more than engough. Eat primarily veggies, beans and nuts. No meat/ dairy products! This is vital! Meat/ dairy products are toxicated with harmful enzymes, salts and preservative (that's how corporate america keeps itself healthy!) another important thing you need to take care is on your sleep habit. Sleep for at least eight hours and don't stay up late ( this is where I fall behind and sounds more like preaching!).

Thanks (Nas, lamopuri) bro... @Nas bro - For sure 2 20lbs dumbell are not enough to do weights and gain muscle... if you don't have time to hit the gym I would recommend doing P90X or Insanity at home... not sure what do you mean by light exercise...

lamopuri, I so wanted to be in this journey. Forget about six pack man, all I want is just to burn my fat and be skinny, healthy and fit. I don't know WTF is stopping me. I know it's my determination but I have been doing jogging lately. 3 to 5 miles a day. I know that's not enough like hydrogen said but what would you guys recommend for a starter. One of my worst habit is that I am a smoker. I know, I know and I know it's the worst thing to do esp while working out but can't help it. I am trying to quit soon which I don't know when but I will sooner or later.

KB, same thing happened to me. But I overcame my urge and stopped smoking. It has been almost 7-8 months since I quit smoking. Just imagine how you would look in front of the mirror after you've achieved it. It should not be for showing off but self satisfaction. Believe me, you'll enjoy it. And remember, slow progress is better than no progress at all. Work out, Eat, Sleep, and Repeat. I would love to see you all succeed. Happy working out. :)

I don't have 6-pack or kinda toned body. tara workout chai garchu, still overweight a little (5'7" and 165 lbs). But I have put my weight under control, badhna deko chhaina. I am trying hard to stay under proper/healthy diet. Mero couple of years ko experience le chai tei bhanchha, unless you eat healthy no matter how much you workout, you will be disappointed at the end. So eat healthy, drink lot of water (especially if you play soccer etc.). Ani euta atyanta jaruri kura, you need to workout to keep the cholesterol level in control. Cholesterol le sabai ta bigarchha bigarchha, yesle timiharuko bhai uthnalai pani negatively impact garchha hai, samhala aile nai ;)
