I workout late nights like after midnight around 1 or 2 am to 3 or 4 am, 2-2.5 hrs thrice a week. I am worried about the belly at the mid section. It's really hard to get rid of that. I have been drinking water with lemon every time I wake up and barely eating rice. I eat rice like twice a week. I eat lots of fruits like blueberries, bananas, kiwi, oranges, grape fruit etc.

Yeah its pretty difficult I tried two months and still I had the same belly I ran every day and still no improvement I switched from white to brown rice and still I can't get rid of belly any suggestions

Honestly speaking dude, mine was bigger than this before. I do cardio before starting a gym. Then I do intense workouts which means little rest and hard workouts like super sets. Further workout where your all body parts and muscle works like when you working out on shoulders stand and do the shoulder press rather than sitting so that your legs will work out too. For the belly part don't do abs workout at all, it would rather build muscles underneath that fat. Rather do burpies, jumps, squats etc. Also avoid hot and spicy and oily greasy foods. I use paper towel to soak oil from foods when I eat.

ohh on lunch I eat pizza and wings on Mondays, then swiss mushroom burger on tuesdays, chinese chicken fried rice on Wednesdays, Chicken fajita platter on Thursdays, Chicken great Sanwich on Fridays, Tuscani pasta on Saturday and Indian lunch on Sundays. Exercise is just 25 percent, food is the main thing you have to take care of.

Dude I take whey protein and Cassein powder once a day thats all, after meal, but usually we are supposed to take them after each meal but my digestive system is very slow and my mouth gets sweet every time I take protein sp for me just one time a day. But I take lots of supplements like vitamins and fish oil and other capsules.
