Guys, I want to know if any of you have bought Fannie Mae 's stock share ? Here in my work, my coworkers are going crazy buying Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FMCC) 's stocks.

They are saying both stock price will climb sky high in a few months because the court will rule in favor of shareholders soon. Right now the price is around $1.90 / share, they are saying it might go as high as $40 / share soon.
I just bought about $10,000 worth of FMCC but I want to know few ideas from you guys before buying more.

So, its either lose everything or 20 times return. Good gamble. Too much risk to put money on stock with strong sell rating. Better to buy GBSN.

I had FNMA long time ago and I sorted out with some loss. I dont think Price will go higher with the humor of intrest rate going higher and house selling data for last few months has been preety flat. I would also go for $GBSN now after all those f..g RS of two times.. last week it went up 100%.. I will also go for $MGT and $DDAY, kinda volataile but.. very hot..

Did not sale when price was over 5 buck. Not even close to my purchase price.

Sasti is right about Fannie mae and Freddie mac (FNMA and FMCC). The government took over both companies in 2008 and since 2012 the government took all dividends.
But now it's clear that FNMA and FMCC are going to come out of the government conservatorship.
Remember before 2008 stock price was $65 per share for FNMA. It might go as high as that in a few months. I use tradeking.com to buy shares. It's cheaper and easier. Only $4.50 per transaction.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac has been steady going up for the last few weeks since the news came out.
Check out the current news about Fannie Mae then you will definitely go buy its stocks. I bought 50,000 today.

Fannie Mae is losing momentum...its down 4% today....seems like there is a gang here in sajha to promote FNMA lol.......

Atiranjeet, its deep great chance to get in load 'em. I wont take this for long term but we can get some profit on day in and out.

$2.37 and $ 2.50 have two strong resistances if momentum keep going and break those levels by the eow it may cross $3, keyword is volume though, otherwise it will pull back at $2.18 where we have strong support of moving average, happy trading guys. Make Nepali rich again lol

There was strong support at $2.18 but too many shorters and profit takers instead of buyers , it didnt hold the moving average. Guys, wait a liitle bit to buy this, unless another round of good news are not coming to attract a lot of buyer this will go nowhere. This happens for all stocks where Government has involved.. Trust issue , wallstreet and buyers not easily trrust government .

WTF?? What just happened to FNMA? It went down to 0.001 for a bit. Now it's showing 2.15.
Jeez, I am glad I don't have this.

I will buy FNMA when the price come down to 99 cents.
