This bast**d became PM again? Our nation is going backward. He is the most corrupt person in Nepal's history. His net worth was estimated over 270M dollars. He is going to add another 100M.

Cybro.....my uncle works for Nepalese Embassy in DC. According to them not a lot of requests came in from Nepalese for TPS extention. So the Embassy is not making any effort to State Department.

I know a lot of Nepali daju bhai dd baini feeling better about their lives who came to the US from remote villages in Nepal. They used to take amtrak train to travel to visit their relatives in another states because they didn't have a valid US ID card. Now they can fly because of TPS. Most of them are in their 50s, can't read or write English, mostly work in Indian restaurants and grocery stores. They can't help themselves. So if you can, call the Nepalese Embassy. My uncle who works in the Embassy, says they usually stay home because not much work to do in the Embassy.

Plus Department of Homeland Security ley Nepal ko earthquake recovery ko analysis garera, with consultation with other agencies, TPS expiry date ko 60 days agadi decision dinchha. 4 mahina /120 days agadi Nepalese embassy ko tapain ko uncle lai "अब TPS Extension गर्नु कुनै जरुरि नभएको बताईएकोछ" doesn't sound believable. If your intent is to encourage Nepalis enjoying TPS but being complacent about pushing for renewal to be more proactive about renewal, that's fine, but spreading a rumor like this is not good. We know from our families back home that there has been little to no recovery from the destruction caused by the earthquake. Majority of the relief funds donated after the earthquake is yet to be used. I don't believe DHS/USCIS sees things differently. In any case, everyone should write to the congressmen/senators in their state requesting them to push for renewal of TPS for Nepal. If you do, please request, not demand, that TPS for Nepal be renewed. The tone of your request matters a lot when it is in the sole discretion of the US government to make the decision. TPS is not our right, it's a humanitarian favor done by the US government. So be polite when asking.

Just wait until Oct. 24th before saying anything on FORUM - you may write letters etc. that helps; that's the time(2 months b4 expiration) they usually announce if it is extendable or not..usually they do extend that and there is a high chance for Nepal. P.S. I am not a lawyer nor I hold TPS now. Hope it helps!

My uncle works as a security in San Francisco's famous gay bar Blackbird. According to him many Nepali gays visit the club. One time they caught Kattu and Bittu sucking eachother. Another time they caught Chandra Prakash sucking Radha Krishna dai in the bathroom . He was proud that Nepalis made progress in at least one field.
