If TPS gets renewed , what are the documents we need to submit?
i-821 with copy of approved TPS?
i-797 with copy of approved EAD, i-9 and passport photo copy, is photo required?

for travel document, do we send it to the same lock box or different? Do we need to send pics for travel document?

Getting ready if gets extended to post it very same day.

Ani renewal document submit garda sangai Advance Parole pani request garna milcha ki need to wait until TPS Approval.

Sab le sangai gareko thiyo, but if you wait till approval you get for whole TPS period, if you do it right now i guess you get only for 3 months. Correct me if i am wrong whoever has idea.

@Cybro: Multiple request garna milcha ki mildaina. Ani Advance Parole request garda kae additional document send garnu parcha, ali prasta parau na pahile document send gareko sathi harulae.

you can file the 824 and 765 and the 131 at the same time for sure that i know.

However anyone know if biometrics needed for renewal ?

So you file all 3 applications on the same lock box? Also do you send 3 separate check or one single combined check? Biometrics fee is the only fee we pay beside EAD and AP, so i guess we do need fingerprinting again.

Do we have to send proof of continious presence again for renewal?
Do we need to send pictures for AP/EAD or they will use one taken during biometrics?

If anyone can shed any idea, that would be helpful.

Raj you cannot renew TPS if you have not applied / approved during the initial registration.

cybro , I'm unsure on the continious residence questions however I will send a copy of my electricity bill regardless. I will send one single check for all three.

Pictures are not need for EAD but for AP i think they do need the pictures.

2 pictures + filing fee and evidence or letter of why you are going back for travel is needed , travelling for please on AP is not allowed.

The information is hidden in different documents, so the statement "no documents is required" is wrong. We don't need to send the evidence documents but we do need to include a copy (front and back) of your last available TPS document: EAD, Form I-94, or approval notice. And yes we will have to go for another bio-metrics as we will be paying for it during re registration.

Just in case if we have just OPT EAD and now plan to apply for TPS EAD do we send that copy as well as previously applied EAD. If someone has done it before applying please let us know

To my understanding, you do not have to pay for TPS fee for re-registration, just the biometrics.

Are we sending all the documents into the same lock box? I know TPS application and EAD will go together, but what about advanced parole.

@manjil , I put the driving license and electricity bill for address verification ...i dont think its required but it doesn't hurt to confirm address.
