Just listening one sided story, how can we be JUDGMENTAL? Just because Nicky Karki is a girl and a celebrity?
Who knows the other side of the story of Mr. Susil?
From here video, it does not appear that he physically assaulted her nor he sexually abused her. Appears it is just her fear and assumption that he might rape her or possibly kill her. You cannot accuse a person based on the assumption of another person because you cannot control the feelings of the supposed victim.
Also, who knows that Nicky loved him, and liked him and the guy refused the relationship. Karki and Nepal are bhanduu, meaning, they are like own brother and sister. A marital relationship, which a Nepalese society accepts, cannot happen between them. Who knows it might be the case that Nicky loved him and wanted the relationship to proceed but the guy refused that and out of vengeance Nicky is defaming him. We cannot just trust Nicky by just listening the side of her story.
Also, she had the opportunity to not stay in the room with him alone. She could have easily said that she does not want to stay with him alone in the room. She could have easily called or looked for help in the beginning. But she did not think the necessity of doing that.
Also, just because somebody offers to drink a beer to a girl together, that does not mean he has bad intentions. I usually drink beer with my friends who are girl and even sleep on the same room with them. That does not mean I have the intention for sex or something.
I strongly believe that by just hearing one sided story, we should not jump to the conclusion that Susil did wrong or had bad intention... there is no proof, no evidence, also she confirmed that via her live video post. It can be just her assumption because she is sick... or she might be trying to take revenge or something... I personally cannot support a girl because she is just a girl.
Now, the point here is, how about Susil sue her because of the defamation she did on live video. How about he files a lawsuit against her? There is the video and statement from Nicky herself that Susil did nothing. Now since she blamed/accused Susil, he can surely file a lawsuit and get the crap out of Nicky...
Personally, I like Nickey as a singer and as a person. She is a nice singer, appears kind and polite. But i feel something is super fishy here... I feel she is taking advantage of her celebrity status and being as a girl.

@titi-satya - Clearly, you never had a girlfriend in your life which is why you are bitter towards women. Not sure whether it is because you are ugly or have no personality or were born with a small object downstairs if you know what I mean or all of them but just because you are a loser in life for not being able to get a girl does not mean that you blame Nikki for it. Now you are getting personal. You are personally attacking me and my opinion. As you have a head, and a brain, I also do have that. I respected others opinion, pls respect mine as well.

I am NOT supporting Susil. What I am trying to say here is, just because somebody says something and he or she said first, that does not mean that he or she is victim or was a possible victim. Even if Susil had broadcasted this first stating that bla and bla girl harassed him or possibly sexually assaulted him, I would have stated the same logic.

YOU CANNOT JUDGE BASED ON ONE SIDED STORY!

I have personally met Nicky, talked to her, have appeared in several of her concerts. I really like her as a person and as a singer. She is humble, respectful and sings really nice. I am a huge fan of her.

But my logic does not let me fall on trap because she behaved nicely to me or she is a girl or she is a singer. This is america, and she knows that. She has been seeing America since her early teens. She knows the rules and regulations.

What I am trying to say here is, she had ample opportunities not to stay with that supposed sex offender. But she stayed. Now do not conclude it was night, bla and bla. She has been in USA for a long time and almost every person in their teens and 20s know her. She could ask for help or she could just walk out and stayed in the lobby of the hotel till it is morning. Appears, she was their in NC around early morning.
There are so many questions which her statement on the video cannot answer and justify all her accusation.
I am not supporting Susil, also I am not supporting Nicky. But what I see is, if Susil sues her, she has to save her ass for all the defamation she did by publicly broadcasting her statement and accusation

yes, I am NOT a pandit or jyotisi. What I said is based on what I studied. There are two types of Karki. One is the bhanduu of Nepal and another is NOT. So with Bhandhuu, you cannot marry based on brahmin society. I am not a brahmin though. I am a Lama. I am just stating what i have learnt.
yes, you can marry another karki if she or he is not your sagotrii... One type of karki is sagotri to Nepal and another is not. I do not know which one are they though. Some brahmin friends can clarify.

so Mr. Lama karki ji, what's your point? according to you any karki with the banduism with Nepals should be fine with this guy to get drunk and share the same bed with a pillow in the middle ( according to Nicki's video)?

I am not saying it is OK to share bed with or without pillow being drunk or being not drunk. That is not the point here.

The point is: Just by hearing one side of the story, you cannot accuse another person. If you want to judge, you have to hear both side of story.

How can we come to the judgement and decree that Mr. Susil was at fault? He maybe. I am not saying he cannot be faulty. But just a girl said, with no evidence what so ever which she also accepted in the video, how can you say the guy was at fault?
So many questions arise... so many doubts and confusions.

I cannot agree with her just because she is a girl and whatever she says is true. She has to provide all the evidence that Mr. Susil harassed her so that she gets the sympathy from many people like me.
