They bribe Nepali bank employee and take loan from Nepali bank and then transfer money to India. They live lavishly in India with money of poor Nepalese people.

Who gave Nepali citizenship to Dhoti or Marwadi in Nepal?

Central District Officer and employee must be investigate for briberies and corruption.

Otherwise, these corrupt Nepalese convert all India as Nepali citizens which we can not afford to solve problem in future. Problem will be beyound to fix.

If Marwaris are Nepali citizens, they should not be excluded from investing in Nepali Banks. Even if they are not Nepali citizens, if the bank regulations allow, they should still be allowed to invest in Nepali Banks. And, as long as the law is not violated, they can do whatever they so desire with their money in whichever part of the world.

How on earth - as you have claimed quite asininely - are they living lavishly on money belonging to Poor Nepalis? Investment, domestic or international, is always good for Nepal's economy, provided OUR government is doing good job regulating the cash flow.

Instead of creating external monsters, deal with likes of Giri, who refuses to pay back multi-million rupees loan and still has the audacity of ruling the country with impunity.

nice - more than 90% of our food grains, vegetables, fruits come from india. Oil, gas, petrol come from india. plumbers and veg vendors come from india. Marwaris, Bahuns, Chetris have all migrated from India. newars did a couple of more centuries before. It is highly possible that the rest Gurung, Rai also migrated from eastern hills of India into nepal. the tharus of nepal also migrated from india, bihar region. our way of living is almost indian. this goes on and on. so, your ire against marwaris is totally unwaranted

Would you plz let us know in brief about your claim of 90% figure. Don't believe on hearsay, and don't act or try to get public exposure with wrong figures. Do you know how many banks are operating presently in Nepal.There are 15 commercial banks operating in Nepal.

NIC Bank - Yes some marwadi are there as shareholders
Everest Bank- Punjab National Bank + some nepalese, not necessarily marwadies
Standard Chartered Bank - British STB + small shareholders.
Lumbini Bank - Nepalese shareholders, no marwadi involved
Rastriya Banajya Bank - Semi govt. bank
Nepal Bank Ltd.- Semi govt. bank (Golcha org. manupulate in some way but after foreign management chances are less)
Laxmi Bank - Khetan Group, Rajendra Khetan - who was born in Nepal and have several other business houses. Merged with HISEF (Khetan's Finance Co.)
Siddhartha Bank- One or two marwadi involved.
NABIL Bank - Saudi bank + nepali shareholders, not necessarily marwadies
Himalayan Bank - Habib bank + Nepali shareholders
Nepal Investment Bank - All nepali, Prithivi Raj Pandey bough it recently.
Nepal SBI Bank - Indian Bank (State Bank of India)
Nepal Development Bank - Not sure who runs it.
Kumari Bank- Noor Pratap Rana + other shareholders

Please understand that a promotor and financer can not use bank's money and under Nepal Rastra Bank's guideline - non of the promoter or their business houses are liable for loan.

I geuss, all kinda legal business people or investment people are good for Nepal. It could be true in terms of investment because most Marwadis are Nepali citizens and like you said they are free to invest and so they own a good amount of shares (good %, not necessarily 90%). I think Golchha owns a good % in Nepal bank and Chaudhary's owns a good % in Nabil bank and so on. But there is good % of Nepali investers too.

But there is a fact in terms of Marwadis really investing in India i guess. But even if you go to their office in Nepal, 100% of the top level staff are Indians. By this i mean real Indians, ones who chew pans early in the morning and converse only in Hindi to everyone and do not have Nepali citizenship and so take the salary home. For some reasons Marwadis do not trust Nepalis to be intheir top level positions.

Except one exception to Khetan Group, i think they are the only ones who have employeed Nepalis in every position. They have a good corporate culture and benefit structure too.

This information is just i know with my work experience so do not ask for proof...you can go to Golchha Group in Sundhara or Chudhary's in Sanepa and you will just know it.
