WHY THEY NEED BAHUN PARTY?

Dear Sajhabusaima,

I appreciated the way you've been urging the unity among the multicultural Nepali society. However, you seemed to be stated that photo of few leaders will not represent the racism. I really wish so. If you name and count the central committee members of so called large parties NC and UML, isn't Bahun holding most of the key positions if not all? Aren't there any other non-bahum candidate to be leaders in those two major parties? We all know that Bahums have special skill to marginalize non-bahun members. The another truth in Nepal Government's any agency is "more bahuns running the agencies, greater the chances of corruption." So, the conclusion is - Bahuns are the root cause of corruption and Nepotism!!1

CAN WE GET ALONG ?

Can you name all those members in that committee, how can you say they are all bahun?

bahun vaye pani,newar vaye pani k bho ta, desh ko ramro gare vai halyo ni, isnt that what we all want.

There are some Chettris,too.

But mostly bahuns.. even in recent postings!!

ohi everything, kun chahi chettri or bahun le nilera, chapayera, tala or mathi bata falyo yar, any way jiudai sajha ma farkeko ma badhai chha.

Aru jati haru lai kasle gala hatyeko chha ra?? They should come forward, study hard, compete in exams and work in the various high ranking position. Just whining here and there won't work out.

Well I agree that most of the politicians are bahuns and chettris. But I dont think that it is a job requirement that for one to be a politician he/she has to be bahun or chettri. These people are there because they were involved in politics for long period of time. I am sure man the next generation will see different faces.

You are color blind. Let me give you example of corruption investigation in Nepal. So far, in the history of corruption investigation, DB Lama(former police chief) in the only person convicted of charges and jailed. All the Bahuns are safe. Look at the current clean cheet to Govinda R Joshi, Khum B Khadka and most importantly even Girija Prasad Koirala.

There are many scholars and intelectuals from non-bahun communities. But they don't compromise with their ethical standard. That's why they are always marginalized by Bahuns. In the other hands, Bahuns are very 'khappis' for 'Chakari'. Bahuns will do anything for any one as long as they see the potential to benefit from that individual. That's the characteristics of most bahuns if not all.

Now that we know maoist wants to divide the nepal into state based on caste ..

i wonder the great bahun leader of maoist , wants to rule all the caste state by bahun chief ministers or

Dont call ppl who dont agree with u dumb ppl. We dont know whats gonna happen yet? do we? so lets just sit back, wait and see what will happen. Nepal has been ruled by almost every type. Why not give maoists thier turn and see what happens. There are some who are chanting the song but there are also some who are waiting to see what will happen.
