www.dentalplans.com The site has so many different plans but not are created equal. My plan is called "Careington Care POS Dental Network" and I thought was best for my area. Sign up today and use today. Look for best dentists or specialists in your area by googling and looking for review. I recommend no compromise when one is dealing with health or legal issues. For details goto the site mentioned above Good luck.

I called the person who deals with insurance issues. Assuming you are in Massachussetts: Delta Dental covers 80% whether you go under GA or Local anesthesia. Mass Health covers for impactions but bony impactions need prior approval. Root tips are not covered. Medical Plans do cover if hospitalized and need more than seven teeth to be extracted. (no the case with you). I don't think there is any difference between a plan and insurance. NB: Depending upon the degree of impaction, your bill may go as high as 800$ per tooth under GA. Call your dental office and ask them which plan/insurance they accept and then choose the insurance. I think there are only specific times when you can apply. Hope this helps.

Dental Plan is a like a discount program whenever you use the service. Dental Insurance is like you have to make monthly payment or paycheck deduction. Most people get dental insurance from their employer as benefit. With insurance I believe one has to make co-pay for every doctor visit. Irrespective of a plan or insurance both should have preferred networks of service providers. Please correct me if I am incorrect anywhere.

Every month is too often. 4-6 months of cleaning interval, I thought, was prudent enough. AZ! what do you eat? ;p

Aznshawty Getting teeth cleaned up every month is a pain in the asss. It hurts sooo bad, especially the gums hurt like fu`ck! You get your teeth cleaned every month- thats pretty unheard of even if you have severe gum disease. And it hurts like fu' ck....:D ? Hmm if thats a sweet pain, you might get your dental cleaning every day ... (in jest in feri...kasto gay justo kura garya bhanlau ni)

Right now I am in Kansas, but will not be here for long. I heard that dental insurance is effective after 6 months you took the insurance. The idea of doing the operation in Nepal is good but right now I am in between OPT and H1 so it might take a while to go back home. Thank you guys for responses they are very helpful. I have removed one impacted tooth in Nepal itself so have to do just one. Tara ekdum mahango lagyo ani suneko dental plan liyo bhane suru gareko din bata discount huncha bhanera tara suneko matra chu, tei bhayera suggestion mageko.

Listen my friend Bodmas, There is one another way out .i understand you situation. In everycity , there might be some vietnamese docs , they are dentist or dental assistant that do this kind of stuff.their office are like dirty and all and for a sec you will think they gonna kill you instead of operate on you. This is risk and if it is not too major like you need operation , then they do these sort of stuff .They are 80% cheaper than your ordinary docs. The risk factor is there. Here man one hand you one to save money other hand you have to take a risk. How much of risk can you take ? i am not adentist but if you go for extraction is lower tooth , i suggest you do not take risk. The risk are higher. The nerves are connected and deeper. The upper one is relatively less risk than lower. well ,man if you can wait and suffer so much pain then wait. But this fu(king tooth when it hurts they are hell of pain. PAIN LIKE FU(K :p HEHEHE.I know this !!!
