Why people are so dumb and careless? Hope this guy is not in F1 otherwise he is screwed up big time. Even green card holder can get into trouble with this.

I guess it's the owner of the store who is responsible for selling viagra, not the staff. I heard nepalese grocery owner also sells such herbal medicines but not exactly the viagra. Are they illegal too?

You are making it more worse by posting his photo. It was his mistake selling viagra (prescription drug). Why r u making it big global?

Please remove the photo at least.

I am unhappy to know that a nepali brother is trapped in this kind of situation. But in the mean time, I appreciate those Americans supporting Ashish and saying that he was not to blame for, and he was just a simple guy trying to make his living, working in the store. Really appreciate those words. God help this guy to get out of this situation.

That's really a sad news!! He is F-1 student!!

I think this is more of the Store Owner's fault coz I think he didn't really bought it online and sold to customers. But certainly its a sad story. Hope others don't make the same mistake.

Not only Him but let me tell every new curious faces here not to sell that things that you don't have to ...in this context i see he is unknown to prescription drugs that's why the sign was outside openly !!obviously viagra is a dangerous generic drug and selling it illegally is a state jail felony ...there are other things too that i want to share like....

This is what he was selling. I know it is not his fault as he does not make money off of it but he is smart enough not to sell that kind of stuff.

This is the guy caught selling, hope he is free and learned big lesson for the future.

 

PLEASE remove the picture. I agree with some of the people (up in the thread) to kindly remove his picture. People do make mistakes, but it does not mean that they are bad people.

I do not know why people have problem with his photo and posting here. He just replicated (copy/pasted the news), this was in a TV news.

He is simply shairng the news. It is also lesson to the other people who may be doing it knowingly or unknowingly.

First of all working in F1 is illegal, why you want to complicate the situation by selling beer and tobacco to underage or selling viagra.

I also do not want to see any Nepali being in a problem but I also want Nepali brothers to use a common sense or some buddhi.

dude u guys are f@cked up...u dont need to tell that he learned a lesson...post his photo or trying to teach people whts legal and whts illegal...if u have common sense than think nobody wanna go to jail...think that if he knows that it was illegal than he will never sell it...things happened illegally...and when ur boss put things in the store than u cant deny to sell it if it is there..i dont know if u guys work legal or illegal but make a sense....dont try to show anyone the consequences abt this thing....if u are smart enough to know all the law than go n be a lawyer...u even dont know all the laws.....
