Anuradha Koirala was born  in Darjleeng India and went to school there as the report says. She was born Anuradha Gurung and married some Koirala hence changed the name, then came to Nepal after devorce (some say she just left). The report isn’t false at all and there is no reason to be shouting against it.

In journalism, headlines need to reel in readers with interesting subject line.It is a common practice to headline an article with something relevant to the readers. I see nothing wrong here. That doesn't ground for a post with juvenile slurs at all. To support it is to support childish behavior.

Another way they could have put it:
