 I always ask for a bag of tea - even mix of Darjeeling and Assam or Ilam - from the shop next to The Bakery near New Road.  Yak cheese, titaura, some candies, Nepali home decor, etc. could be other items that you don't find abroad.

If u don't have a flag of Nepal posted on your wall, I would ask for one. That will decorate your living room and keep ur patriotism alive.
