The Shawshank Redemption - Morgan Freeman Character "Red" describing how Tim Robbins character "Andy" escape from the Shawshank.
"The Shawshank redemption" best movie ever made...
Unforgiven - When Clint Eastwood character Munny kill Gene Hackman character Bill Daggett and finish all his people at the salon.
Clint Eastwood - One of the best director of our time.
The Rock - Best quote from Sean Connery: " Losers Always Whine About their Best....Winners Go Home And F*** the Prom Queen"

Yeah, one can't really go wrong with Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman, Al Pacino, Robert Dinero, Gene Hackman, Tim Robins, Susan Sarandon...(off the head for now)...when it comes to memorable movie quotes and scenes.

The shining's riveting climax where its revealed that all Jack Nicholson been typing all along "too much work and no play makes Jack a dull boy"
Tom Hanks in Apollo 13 "Anyways, it was a successful failure"
There are so many witty lines in "Departed"
Among hindi movies: these three dialogues were prevalent in all movies at the time:
1. Main tumhari bache ki Maa banne wali hoon. - Actress to the Actor/Villain
2. Bhagwan, aaj tak maine tujhse kuch nai maga. *Rings the bell* and a flower drops or sometimes the statue itself takes action
3. Aapke daulat aapko mubarak ho. Usually young actors/actresses to their parents/inlaws :)

The Life of David Gale - The ending part when Kate Winslet finds out who killed Laura Linney.
This is one of my favorite mystery movie. Kevin Spacey at his best...even better than Usual Suspect's Keyser Soze.
Sling Blade - Every scene in this movie is memorable. The scene when Billy Bob kills Dyole and when he recalls why he killed his mother are the best.
Parinda - The part where Jackie Shroff kills Nana Pateker.
Bollywood has stopped making good movies like this.

The life of David Gale was such an awesome movie.
Surprised that nobody mentioned Keyser Soze. What a brilliant actor, Kevin Spacey is. The moment when he 'stops' limping and walks off....
Inside Man = the last scene when Clive Owen leaves the vault and walks out the door.
Catch me if you can = The moment when Hanks realizes check's Dicaprio's wallet and finds out that he's been duped.

"पिरती हैन, प्रिती" - Kusumerumaal
Sholay :
"बहुत याराना लगता हे.............. हाक थु!"
"ये हात मुझे दे दे ठाकुर...."
"इस्की सजा मिलेगी..... बरोबर मिलेगी "
"when I dead, police coming..... budhiya going jail....... in jail, budhiya chakki pising and pising and pising....." the whole scene of Dhermendra
"एक मछ्छर आदमीको हिजडा बना देता हे" (don't remember the name of the movie)
"Don't be someone else's slogen because you are poetry" - 28days
"All right, everybody be cool, this is robbery!" - Pulp Fiction
Of course the twist scene of John Travolta and Uma Thurman
Forrest Gump
Almost every line of Mr. Gump. Here are few.
"Hello.... My name's Forrest, Forrest Gump. You want a chocolate?.."
"Mama always said, dying was a part of life. I sure wish it wasn't...."
"I'm not a smart man... but I know what love is..."
tons more.....

What about Pablo Sandoval (The Secret in Their Eyes) : "A guy can change anything. His face, his home, his family, his girlfriend, his religion, his God. But there’s one thing he can’t change. He can’t change his passion."
I've never seen Kusumerumaal but Tripti man...what a babe she was. Probably one of the most beautfil women I've ever seen....
Silsila was a brilliant film, too. So touching.. The moment when Amitabh tells her that he's getting maried to Jaya....
Masoom - when Shabana Azmi goes to Jugal's room, comes back and cries. The ending (everyone waiting for Naseruddin in the car) was such a great one.

Cornelius: [reading from the sacred scrolls of the apes] Beware the beast Man, for he is the Devil's pawn. Alone among God's primates, he kills for sport or lust or greed. Yea, he will murder his brother to possess his brother's land. Let him not breed in great numbers, for he will make a desert of his home and yours. Shun him; drive him back into his jungle lair, for he is the harbinger of death.
Dr. Zaius: You are right, I have always known about man. From the evidence, I believe his wisdom must walk hand and hand with his idiocy. His emotions must rule his brain. He must be a warlike creature who gives battle to everything around him, even himself.
Planet of the Apes
