scott adkins is pretty agile,he is more of an athelete and gymnast than fighter, and his fighting is good but not comparable to Tony Jaa. That's my view. If scott adkins happens to be your idol, sorry bro, didn't mean to cause any discomfort, Just my personal opinion.
Tony Jaa has a history since a childhood and how beautifully he has mastered the art, we can see it on movie.
This is what Tony Jaa can do which no other martial artists till this date can do :D

Well, i dont believe in demos. I believe in real fights with everything included. In my view, lee IS the best fighter ever and the actual prophet of the ultimate fighting.Dude, hearing all his counterparts and friends(themselves martial arts professionals) describe his poweress, speed and bloody encounters ; i would definitely put my bet on lee.
Tony Jaa is just a performer with martial arts background. Its not how high u can kick but how fast and effective u kick ur opponents ass.

@shiva_linga, when did I disregard Bruce lee?? He's the pioneer of martial art, fact.
Now is the time of Tony Jaa. Just like Lee said, he expresses himself pretty good. No Doubt :D

scott adkins does his stunts using ropes and stuffs.. he can't do live gravity-defying moves like Tony Jaa, I think much of credit goes to his extremely light feather-weight which he can propel on his wish through his martial art moves. It's really hard for well-built scott adkins to perform such maneuver with that level of intensity like Tony Jaa does. Weight is to blame in adkins case but his movies are still great to watch :D.. he's sort of next vandamme, unsung budding martial artist cum actor :D

60's and when the blacks could barely vote and civil right movement was in full swing across the USA, the entertainment and TV business was dominated by the whites. There were barely any minority as a lead character in a show. Yet in 1966, Bruce Lee played Kato on the the famous TV show "The Green Hornet", an achievement that only few can think or dream about. You can’t comprehend what it means unless you live in the US and understand their history. While it might not make much sense to few Nepali who are accustomed to Bollywood movies, let's say - In America Bruce Lee is bigger and popular than your Amitab or Shahruk Khan. You might think Kung-Fu is a joke compared to cheesy arch (singing, dancing) and chasing in the bush movies, let me assure you, it's the opposite in the rest of the world. Bruce Lee was the first super star of Asian origin in the US. He was an athlete, a true martial artist (not like Van Damme), a philosopher, an entertainer and a Zen master who has left an ever lasting legacy worldwide. So go back, read his history, watch the old "Green Hornet" and all the classic Bruce's master piece. If you're in the US, ask somebody on the street "Do you know Bruce Lee?" and then "Do you know Sharuk Khan", you'll get the answer why Bruce needs your respect.

vhootee, that's sort of insult to Bruce Lee's achievement by even comparing him with bollywood's sharukhkhan.
Bruce Lee is a legend. There is nothing sharukhkhan has given to the world nor amitabh, they are simply insignificant as compared to Lee's contribution, they are mere cheap entertainers.
Look at millions of generation now, they still worship Bruce Lee.
Right now, I'm a fan of Tony Jaa but ask me, he's a diehard fan of Bruce Lee himself. What else can I say?
Lee is a legend .full stop. :)
btw, folks here throw lot of jokes about chuck norris ;D

however van dam, jackey chain , brucelee , chuck noris , amitabachan , rajesh hamal, mithon , are good actors but
i think it depends how u look at the movies and action and what u believe in
what people need to understand is the things or action done in movie is just stunt which many times done by some random stunt
that is the reason why bollywood amitab bachhan shahrukh khan bruce lee akshay kumar etc etc can be compared
i mean we have seen many times that mithhon beating shit out of 20 without getting any injuries
we have seen rajesh hamal beating shit out of 20 people with his iron hand with out getting any injuries saying the dialouge yo hath sathe ko lagey salam ho ra dush man ko lagey phalam ho
we have seen same thing done by bruce lee , amitabachan , shahrukh khan etc etc etcso
beating twenty guys is not possible to do for professional mma fighter also its just not possible
its all same crap everywhere
there is difference between real and fake

@intelligentguy,havent u heard about lee's reallife brawls with gangsters or stuntmen/martial artists in set?
I havent heard of a single fight/real shot from Tony Jaa.He is more like a WWE wrestler and lee is like UFC fighter.Jaa is FOR ME nowhere near Lee or even Chuck Norris.

I go for 50/50 with you intelligent bro. They all act but when it comes to fight scene bruce lee, jacky chan and tony jaa dont use stuntman. They do it themselves and they are real 'sifu' (master) man. Whereas, Indian actors is concerned I dont think they have any martial art skills. They just do free style bull fights, dont they? Anyway my best actor at the moment is DONNIE YEN.
