Here is my situation, I am on F-1 status

TPS Applied: July 06
Application Received : July 11
Biometric Received: August 04
TPS status : fee received
EAD Status : New card being produced (August 11) (Nothing yet as of now)

Since I failed to register for classes my sevis has been terminated since july 21. I have spoken with DSO, she said we can file for reinstatement on september. what is going to happen now ?
Even if I am approved for TPS would not that out of status ( for 1 month ) harm me for my later immigration process (H1B/GC) ?

Aug 17 my new card been produced ? Any idea what is next and when ?

On Aug 19 Both my TPS and EAD got approved.
I sent documents on June 29, and delivered to USCIS on June 30.

So the EAD that you have received has the start date August 19, 2015 - December 24, 2017?

अस्ति August 11th मा I 765 status Card Production मा change भएको बेला दङ्ग परेको थिए , तर अहिले सम्म card नआउदा hang भैराको छ | खै के खै के | I know one day sooner or later they will issue the card..but this waiting game is so frustrating.

It took 2 days from "card being produced" to " card mailed" . I am hoping I will receive mine within3-5 days

when did your status change to 'card production' and when did it change to 'card mailed'? If you don't mind, Could you please share this info?

Ani gc conditional removal application 2 barsa vayo pending vako, tesaile kaile k huchha sure na vayera TPS apply garna lako vaneko, "TPS is only for the people with no status in US." vayo.
Ani "Now tell me whether you want to proceed with TPS or you want to keep you GC." vayo. Can I keep both vaneko, "No I will call the IO and have one or the other cancelled." vayo.

GC is not a immigrant status its a permanent status.

With GC you can work and travel so whats the point ?

Both TPS and EAD has start date o8/19/2015 to end date 12/24/2015.

EAD has category A12 (I put a-12 when I filled the form).

That was really fast. Mine took 6 days from production to send. You will get your card by Saturday. They send it on USPS priority mail.

- GC kai lagi matra bihe gareko ho. Aba 2 yr ko conditional GC expired vayo (Only 10 yr GC means permanent status not any GC), and condition remove garna apply gareko pani 2 yr barsa vayo. Decision kailai hala jasto chhaina, ani in case vayo vane pani, documentation is no so strong, chances of approval is very low. So, tesaile TPS, approve vayo vane safe side ma hunchha vanera apply gareko.
