There are many applications on pending, so we all need to wait. They will eventually give to all, but just need to wait. Even people who did biometric on first week of August haven't heard anything from them.

Waiting game is so freaking hard.

"Be prepared for a delay in receiving your green card or EAD card in the mail. USCIS has confirmed that the card production facility in Corbin, Kentucky, is undergoing maintenance, and that all card production work was transferred to the facility in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. As a result, there is a backlog of cases in Lee’s Summit, and clients may not receive their cards until two to three weeks after approval of the underlying application. USCIS anticipates that the backlog will be resolved sometime next month".

Just a question to those already received EAD through TPS. Do you have any case pending previously in USCIS or is it just a plain straight forward case or out-of-status case?

Thanks suvaratri, and I am glad this thread helped others.
@neetman I did not have any case pending at USCIS, it was straight forward case. There is nothing to do with out of status, or any immigration status.

Great! Thank you for the quick response.
Is the answer USA for everyone or just for those who have been here for few years?
The applicant is a F-2, been in US for 10 months or so.

Looks like the country of residence should be USA, but I wrote Nepal, and got approved already. So looks like it does not matter, USCIS will figure it out.
