Bandita ji had replied HelpNepal's thread yesterday and HelpNepal immediately deleted his/her thread. She is an immigration attorney, and she was saying an asylum case's prospect of getting through does not depend on whether Nepal writes a constitution or not. It rather depends on the person's credible fear that he/she will be prosecuted based on religious, political, racial etc affiliations.

Also, she ask not to fall for lawyers who knowingly work using fake documents as all the past cases through that lawyer can be investigated if the lawyer is caught in a single case.

lol, ma chai  Bandita ji ko spokesperson hoina hai. I find she more genuine than helpnepal. you can google her.

If you are not Ms.Bandita's spokesperson then why are you kissing her ass

I just found her post more logical with genuine/authentic information, so i wanted to tell Mr. ramprasadneupane and interested others what she was saying.

Actually it was interesting and dramatic to observe how the thread originated by HelpNepalforever got deleted within minutes after Bandita's reply.

Regina ji, i didn't know Helpnepal has such a committed supporter like you, that you are mad at me for mentioning Bandita Sharma here. Looking at your reply, it looks like they are in competition of attracting customers, but I don't think so.

BTW, congratulations hai Regina ji. It seems your aunt will be geting a seat in CA as they have a mandatory provision of selection of around 50% women members in proportional allocation of seats.

Sorry for taking a while to respond to your thread. I sincerely appreciate your effort in looking out for the sajha population at large. While I was not sure what an appropriate response would be, since it was not clear if HelpNepalForever was simply helping out through the goodness of his/her heart or actually making profit out of it as well, it was not a clear cut decision to make.

However with Attorney Bandita's response yesterday, which was deleted by HelpNepalForever (HNF), it became clear that HNF was not interested in sharing legal advice put forth by a legal counsil. In regurgitating the information posted by Attorney Bandita, which was deleted by HNF later, it was clear that a whole lot of misrepresentation is being made which could jeopardize the people who approach HNF for help.

With that in mind, I requested permission from Attorney Bandita to repost her deleted response as a new thread, which she was kind enough to provide. Hence you can now read her deleted response as it's own thread. And with that, HNF should be aware of the official sajha stance on this regard - whichever side upholds the truth, safety and security of immigrants in the present and in the future.
