Hi guys, I have a query regarding the programming jobs available in the market. I am taking a java course through consultancy. How is the real job/work look like in the company? I mean how tough is it to work. You gotta be pro in programming or just basic knowledge is enough to start off. What are chances of getting fired? How much do they make a year? The reason i'm asking this is I make $60k/year. Is it gonna be higher or lower than my income?
Anyone want to share their experiences is highly appreciated.
Thank you

Its not like all .NET developers will make 200k. It depends on 3 things, your luck, talent and company. There are some java/c/python developers who makes that much and there are some .NET people with less than 100k. NepaliBudho got the right opportunity at right time, not everyone gets it.

nope,
there ain't any company that pays 200K in washington dc for developers.
I have scanned all the companies. Negative result.
If you are holding position like architect, manager or you are a shareholder of the company, then it is possible.
