what was said but when i see american or british movie i get the feeling that they manipulate many thing.
(For now i dont want to go to technical stuffs)
if the movie is not action,then the movie is mostly about adultery(wife /husband betraying).....and most fake thing as i feel is how quickly people fall in love ,may be have sexual relation with people in no time .first meeting then dinner then coming down to sex....quite strange and matured life at may be 10 or 14...

If you think culture wise and moral wise then American movies about the sex and nudity is not as much as the movies even though it does happen a lot. I think asians have a totally screwed up ideas of what americans are like. Some probably think when you go to USA every single guy just wants to have sex and every girl wants to have sex. Its not true you do not just walk up to a girl and meet her and have sex already!!

Only totaly sluts do that! There are just as many percentages of sluts in every single country! Nepal has sluts, nepal probably has a lot of guys doing chicks! Its just not talked about as much as USA. Nepal and other countries most likely try to keep it hidden and dont talk about it even though it happens all the time! Americans are just more open and honest.

There are a lot of good people in USA as well and not everyone has sex with everyone!! If you cannot differetiate between reality and projected reality then what can I say. Cinema will always be someone's perception of reality. You can identify with it but gotta have your own perception of what is what. Now the question WHY MOVIES DON"T DEPICT REALITY ? Hmmmmm...... Well watch the news then ..hehe its full of reality. A movie is a director, writer, cinematographer, and actor's perception of reality. Andrew pls do not count me under your Asian demographic. I never thought of Westerners just as sex objects. Every single guy wants to have sex with every single girl no matter what part of the world you go. Its in every humans beings gene(called animal instinct). In prehistoric times sex was used to procreate(get as many ofspring as possible). Thats why both sexes are constantly looking for better genes to get better offspring. If you look at animals its still evident to this day(if you happen to watch the Bhusha kukurs in ktm streets..you will see the big dogs fending off the small ones for their chance to mate). But we as humans have built our society through religion, laws etc etc(we've come a long way from the caves.. where we did have sex with anyone and everyone).

And I would like to know who said that we cannot have sex with whoever you want if you are not married or in a relationship ? Its a choice of the individual to make..not because some religious book. We still have all those insticts still in our blood, but we do not act out upon them(thats what diffrentiates us from the animal kingdom). religious fanatics would like to controll everything..thats what the dark ages were all about...they controlled everything. Anything not fitting the Bible's teachings were the work of the Devil. Thats why human developement(every aspectof it)came to a stand still(thus the name Dark Ages).

Movies do not necessarily need to reflect reality. Movies are more of works of art of imagination, fantacy, dreams and creativity than that of depiction of reality therefore depiction of reality is not necessarily the primary priority in movies.

If someone is so interested in seeing reality in "moving pictures" I believe they better watch "documentries" simply because the sole purpose of documetries are to bring moving pictures of reality into the screen along with opinion of different sides associated with the realily depicted in the documentries.

I dont really agree, but you do have a good point and I see what you are saying. What I think is even though movies are not real people who see them WANT to believe its real while they watch it. Its about the experience. Like just knowing Jackie Chan is doing his own real stunts makes the illusion more real. Thats what martial arts movies are all about.
Also a lot of people want more realistic story lines instead of just action or whatever. Like people want to see movies that could very well happen to them. or think about what they would do in their situation. Like most people want a more realistic movie about romance then others. Some want it to work out in the movie how it would in real life. So some of the movies with so much sex are not very realistic. but in other cases all of the sex is realistic. It depends on what kind of person you are and what you look for in a movie.
