Some royalists have started new threads to divert attention of people in Sajha from the Nagarkot incident and the condition in Nepal now. It is good to argue with someone who has rational views and defending something logical. In my opinion, it is no use to argue with these paras ass lickers. We are helping them put their thread always at top. In my opinion it is better if we just ignore these royalist threads.

I shoot from the hips, I say what I think, and I stand by my statements. So here it is:

Royalists are one of two things, either they are sheep or wolves in the clothing of sheep. Either they are so blinded by the centuries of feudal oppression or they are the direct beneficiery of feudal society. I don't hate them, per se, but I definitely don't like their mentality.

And there are those fence sitters. Who criticize all, but partake with none. They think they are of higher plane, taking pleasure in blowing holes at other's efforts and doing nothing constructive. They are more or less cowards who are too afraid to take sides. Or perhaps, they are just too intellectually immature to have a firm stance. I don't hate them either, but I wish they would grow up.

What's wrong with that? It's for the reader to figure out who is right and who isn't.

ignoring is not going to help, i think even the royalist have the right to speak their mind no matter how wise or dumb thaeir views might be, i believe in democracy where everyone should be heard., having said that i would show no mercy towards the royalist as far as ideological war is concerned

In democracy I should be able to choose what ever I want ... if I want to stay on the fence, it's my choice. If I want to be a Royalist, it's my choice. If I want to support the parties, it's my choice. Chatmandude are you intellictually mature enough to understand that life can not be lived in black and white!! If you choose to believe that, it's also your choice...

I was totally missing this thread. The great General mentioned my name in the list of the Royalist. As I have been saying before, I say it again, when you blame anybody back it up with the proof. Dig on the postings I made. Show me what makes you beleive that I am Royalist.

In democracy, everybody can put their views. I have my rights to be critical about the things I find ridiculous. This might be against royals, leaders, maoists or anybody else.

Its really a disgrace that a person could be such a naive. Anyways, now I challenge you to back your statement with proof. Lets see your dignity.

When we engage in an intellectual aspect of an issue, we have to pay attention to the principal of self-sufficiency and logical coherence. It is not always necessary that you dig out of the stalemate of history to prove a point. If the self-contained logical statement bespeaks the hidden "kairos", the worldview a person advocates, isn't it a waste of time and energy to go at length to prove that the person's position is such and such.

Democratic gray cell is the tolerance of another political view without condemning them as second class or nonesense.

Sometimes what the political parties aspire for are purely undemocratic in nature and when someone points that out, it does not automatically make them royal supporters.

If intolerant democrats make it to the top and start ruling, they will suppress anyone who does not think the same way as them. Doesn't that make them autocrats as well? Something to think about...

Saroj jee, you are right; if we do the suppression as they do, then the democracy will just be the change of label. I don't agree to suprress, n' there should definitely be the freedom of speech. However, it's really futile to talk with some of these guys. Have u been following their posts recently, verbal assaults, nagarkot massacre n' their doubts about the picture of teargas during demonstration. It's disgusting.

Yes Birbhadraji, you are right. They just can't give any valid reason for supporting kg and his acts. They just try to instill fear in people that when Nepal doesn't have king, this will happen, that will happen. And when you ask them to show any single good work of this regime, they start verbally abusing others.

My choice is based on a very simple understanding of mine. In democracy; if I feel I am oppressed, I have freedom of showing my dissent and get organized and fight. But in kg' s regime, I am decimated to a slave if I want to have my existence in this earth. And being a Nepali with self-respect, I will never accept to be a slave.

And democray encompasses all, even royalists. In fact, they were free to rant and rave in the days of Nepali democracy (007-017, 047-059). They were not targeted physically. They want to root out democracy, but democracy doesn't harm them. So, their poison-vomiting against democracy is the proof that they don't want people to have self-respect and be free,(which in turn proves that they don't have these qualities, otherwise, how they could support autocracy and tyranny? support absolute rule of a clan in the 21st century? You have to be a willful slave to do that.
