There is mention of Nepal and a scene supposedly in nepalese Himalayas in the TV series Alias.

Indiana Jones comes to Nepal in "Raiders of the Lost Ark"

Chow Yun Fat's filmography included a movie titled "Witch from Nepal" that was made in the eighties. I have not seen the movie though.

no, homer decides to climb the mountain in springfield. the sponsor hires some sherpas to help him climb.

homer does this because of a energy bar company asks him to, as their "energy bar" would help him get to the top of the mountain to be a "COOL DAD". but when homer sleeps at night, the sherpas pull him up the mountain, so when he wakes up, he finds himself higher than he was the previous day. so he fires the sherpas.

*you gotta see how they roll down the mountain when they get fired, its funny!

later, they leave homer back in mountain and hitch a ride from someone. and they were holding a sign "NEPAL" when asking for a ride!

Adding to the movie list (if it has not been mentioned):

Two to Tango. ( Kathmandu is mentioned and the guy supopsedly flies to Ktm. Forgot the theme of the movie. It's been a while)

----

Reference to "Little Buddha" movie.
"it was shot almost all in nepal.. bouddha in ktm and lumbini area..!! "

- I believe it was MOSTLY shot in Bhaktapur. They still have (had) some of the monuments created for the movie.
