Most users voted no, and still we should be ashamed to enter RAMJHAM coz of those whores' pictures. It is just annoying. If you can't keep you own words SAN, you are a looser...a big looser. I don't think SAN have any children, mom, or sister in his family who visits the website to see those BH'es.

My suggestion is to avoid such pictures from RAMJHAM. Such pictures just make Shajha look like "just another site", which is not true, as it has become, in real sense - a true "saja chautari" for all the nepali's living abroad.

Anyone who is interested in such materials can find them enough of them in net.. i guess.

I’ve been visiting sajha for years. The only reason that i feel I, and many others feel that sajha belongs to us and that we belong to sajha – kinda attachment is because sajha is populated by educated- open minded people. You get to read stuff from quality people who have understanding about the actual subject and level of education that they are exposed to the openness. Often such openness and understanding is seen in sajha that is why sajha rocks.
However, sajha's liberal standing, openness and contribution from educated people are in danger because of some new barbarians in the game. These hypocritical, religiously fanatic, caste supportive and outcome of ritualistic Hinduism which is the manipulated version of the real meaning of Hinduism try to force things on other sajha users.
I advise SAN to ban these people from coming to sajha. No need for their wining. They have no legitimate intentions of arguing other than arguing.

@ They are using children to create emotional appeal. However, they live in first world countries where their children are often exposed to women in bikinis. What their children going to do if they’re taken to a swimming pool by their teacher.

This is San's PERSONAL site and I am AMPLY REWARDED because San has given me and many people a platform to speak our mind. If you don't see this beauty and think you need more, why not just stop visiting San's personal website? Already San is very humble to let you write "San Sucks" in HIS site.

Even though Sajha is a personal website, the goal of the admin should always be to make it user friendly if it is to gain more and more members. Just because majority of the people who visit sajha are single-horny-males in some foreign countries, it does not mean that there should be naked pictures on the home page.

Again, it was absurd to create an alternate weblink for those who wanted to visit "light sajha." That was a kick to all those people who were simply asking for nude pictures to be removed from sajha; you made it look as if it was too much too ask for that. Why not put a link--just a link and not the pictures--in the home page so that those who want to visit the site could still do, and others--without being embarassed at home or at work--could still browse sajha.

You cannot really control what kinds of discussion is going on in Sajha, but this is one thing that you as an admin, could control. But all you cared about how many clicks your other site was getting...and possibly the revenue that it was generating. Otherwise, I do not see why those pix are still there. It's not that all your members will go away if those picutres are not there. I personally do not mind those pictures, but I think Sajha could do better without those pics.

First of all, I have not seen any what you called naked pictures. Although, such pictures do not appeal to me, and I do not consider them "beautiful," they are what we call model in our present times. They are just like every other models you can see on your TV. It was just yesterday, I was watching FOX News Channel, where it was showing the excerpts of "Girls Gone Wild." What can be shown on the "not rated" news channel, can not be taboo to someone's personal site where one choose to go only with his or her consent.

If you think Sajha would be better off without those pictures, the pictures covering a very small portion of the homepage, and the page where many people do neet need to stop by (unless to observe if those pictures are nudes?) for more than couple of seconds, I think Sajha would be better off if there were not blatant talks about sex, race, and hatred. They are more taboo to me than the picture of semi nude models.

It's useless to discuss on this topic anyway. Those people who want to see the pictures in the home page are just for fun; they will be fine even without it. But those people who do not want to see the pictures are for reasons that could potentially stop from them using this site completely. The admin defnitely thinks that the people in the former category--who want to see the pictures for fun--are victims. It's his call. I will not dispute on that. May be he values the number of clicks more. That's fine!

However, I think there is only so much that you, as an admin, can do to control what topics are discussed in the threads. I think it should be left to the members to do the talking--as opposed to the admin controlling it. In this respect, I give credits to the admin.

No, I absolutely do not mind if the semi-nude pictures are on the home page. In other words, I am INDIFFERENT towards it. That does not make me obligated to "protest" should the pictures be removed. Just the fact that those albums are getting more hits does not prove a jack about the number of members adding in everyday. It could be same people hitting multiple times, and I can bet that it is due to people clicking multiple times rather than new members coming in and clicking on those albums.

I understand the revenue part, and I think it is necessary for this site to have some sources of revenue--to run this site. FYI, Sajha was a non-commercial site, but if it has changed lately I don't know. If it has gone commercial, then, definitely, the owner should seek to maximize its profits. If not, then why create this divide. If it is that necessary for Sajha to have those pictures here without which the existence of the site could itself be in danger, then I say do it. But, If it has other alternatives, why not seek those!

Having the pictures posted there, I can made my mind if I want to visit the site or not. I may not go there when I see bikini models, as they do not appeal to me; the people that like those models go there, the basis being the

pictures on the homepage. I would have never gone to E-Baje's picture gallery had the pictures of our great politicians were not posted there. I just saw it on the homepage, and clicked it see what it was there.

As far as I know, Ramjham is a picture site; and it is so logical to give the updated pictures on the homepage. Maybe San will one day let the user customize whose album they want to have it on user's computer when they open the Sajha. Guest, it is not only Nas's World that is in Ramjham, but many others, including San himself. :)
