Koirala’s repeated pleas to meet ex-King rejected

Unofficial reports have it that Nepali Congress President Girija Prasad Koirala’s repeated plea to meet ousted King Gyanendra Shah has been rejected.

According to Shekhar Koirala- youth leader of the Nepali Congress, senior Koirala’s perennial petition to meet ex-King Gyanendra was rejected by Gyanendra himself.

Similarly, Chief of the Army Staff Mr. Rookmangad Katawal’s pleas to meet the ex-queen mother Ratna too have been rejected reports vernacular weekly Sanghu.

The Nepal Army chief is talked to be the adopted son of Queen Ratna.

King Gyanendra of late has been meeting political leaders of various shades and inquiring about the political situation in the country.

Rakesh Sood- Indian ambassador to Nepal, Kamal Thapa-RPP-Nepal President, Pashupati Sumsher Rana- RPP President and Surya Bahadur Thapa- RJP (Rastriya Janshakti Party) President have already called on ex-monarch in the recent days.

Mr. S.B. Thapa immediately after meeting King Gyanendra appears to have left for New Delhi- the Mecca of Nepali politics or else he should have been in the news.

However, Koirala’s repeated request to see the king in person and the straight denial from the former monarch, say analysts, was obvious.

Btw, stop daydreaming about your kings. Rightnow, he has been shown mercy. The fact is  that our country lacks resources and our education system is really useless. So whatever we wish, the reality is that we need another 10-20 years to have some improvement in our standard of living. Given the limitations no one can do any magic in a year or two. Of course, had there been no war, the last decade won't be wasted for nothing, and some good signs would already be there even with the incompetent leadership we had. Thanks to frustrated commies like BRB and the royal conspirators, our country has to start from level zero once again. 10 hours of load shedding is not only the contribution of Girija but also of Birendra, MKN, and the maoists who obstructed several ongoing projects which would otherwise be operating now. 

King's rule was no utopia as people try to claim here. There were fundamental problems in the system of absolute monarchy, so the maoists were able to exploit them for their own advantage. Only the king could save it if he had acted in time and no one else, not even Girija or Prachanda, could salvage it after April 2006. Whether ceremonial monarchy could be better is a hypothetical question now. We should rather look for the future now. There are several democratic republic countries in the world that are doing better than monarchies. Whether the above piece of news is true or not, no plea of Girija or anyone else can reverse the flow of time. Making Gyanendra the president of the country at this time does not solve our problem. The need of the hour is to constrain the maos in the tight path for now, make sure that next elections are held in time, and dump them in the next elections. Trying to topple the government with outside help will certainly bring no peace.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what you do. Anyone who can't write one sentence properly, or anyone who doesn't have ability to put his ideas coherently has not much option to work in this world--except for the manual labor. And royalists are pissed off, because the ilks of Nhuchche Shamsher, Shir Shamsher etc have no other salable skill. They survived as a parasite, just like YCL goons. Both pounced on democracy, and democrats-- and this is the reason why the mere mention of GPKoirala brings such a range of emotion from you parasites.

Guess what, the old era is gone, and now, slowly but certainly, YCL/Maoists will also go the king's way. The country will be in a right direction, and bad news will slowly stop to come. I can only imagine how sad you all punks will be, when all you see is good news from Nepal. Hopefully, by then, you will have owned at least a restaurant of your own.

Pire let me introduced French King louis 16 to you if you are ignorant about him . There was no awful difference between him and HM Ganendra but the main difference was louis 16 thought only of himself when people went to the palace and asked for bread he turned to his queen who said so why don't you have a cake? Its a common analogy how can the people  have a cake if they even don't have a bread.

HM Ganendra of course dissolved the house and took control of house but in a timebeing  did one stupid thing he wasted his time appointing Girija P koirala, Sher Bhadur Deuba, Surya Bhadur Thapa, Lokendra Bhadur chand, again Suryabhadur Thapa and Tulsi Giri ....as a prime minister hoping that they would definitely bring stability in the country and he even didn't realised that these thugs just wanted the chair nothing more. As far as i am concerned since i was in Nepal King Ganendra was still in power believe me there was no killing no fighting in the name of race and no misery was there. And even HM ganendra took the power in his hand not for him but for we Nepali he knew that his beloved country was going down day by day so a strict option was left in his hand a wrong move at the wrong time......i truly miss my motherland and i know it will never be the same that i left three years ago.........

Why don't you royalists don't understand that the time to get free birta from kings is over. May be your (fore)father got some land in KTM at their hand, may be you had hoped to get some lucrative position in KTM by getting a hukum pramangi, but those days are over. Alright this one is for PIRE well i was at work that i could not reply first of all Prithivi Narayan Shah had Five brothers one of them was Sur Prathap Shah. All of his brother were in the unification process and they were not hiding in india like Baburam and Prachande. Sur Pratap Shah was shot to his eye with an arrow while fighting. Kalu pandey who was a commoner and a brave warrior was killed at the battle of kirtipur. For kalu pandey being killed HM Prithivi Narayan Shah ordered to cut the nose and ears of all those kirtipuris from which around 10 dharnis of nose and ears were collected.  lot's of our innocent Nepali brothers and sisters like kalu pandey were killed when they were fighting brainwashed war .......What did Prachande did for them? Yes he did encoraged more people to die for no reason and ofcouser was enjoing the luxury at indian hotels and restaurants.

This is what we call chakari in our country, a big time chakari, and guess what, you are five years too late for this. King is gone, and so is monarchy. Mahendra's wife is crying in her palace at her old age, because monarchy wasn't strong enough to prevent her from seeing all these pains. Her husband sins are affecting everyone. (Btw, I am glad that she is alive to see all this. Mahendra is dead, but at least, she has seen all this, and hopefully will tell her husband how sinful he was and how people repaid his crime)

Let's list down the sins commited by kings and those commited by people elected leaders like prachanda and then compare. I am sure, sins commited by people elected leaders will be far more than those by kings.

That's a bull. All the kings did was came out of right vagina, became king and doled out rewards to their own kinds. Not a single king was good, after PN Shah. They were mad, they screwed around promiscuously, and the country was practically fu(ked up until 2046. The leaders may have been dick, but they could be removed, and that's what people want. Think about what a terrorist Paras was.. everybody was so afraid of this man, and he was jhandai made a king.
