Dear __________, I've always found mushrooms to be mysterious, cute, attractive & delicious. Could never resist fresh or dried mushrooms cooked in any style including BBQed! But after seeing yr pics, I'm inspired to go mushroom hunting in Nepal!

Heartbeat bro, If prepared in appropriate way mushrooms are very tasty. Yeah its a good idea to go for mushroom hunting in Nepal you just need to find friends
Shantasamudra bro I don't  understand your question . I usually have very busy schedule during any business trip but if there is a will there is a way vanay jastai I always find some free time and I spend those time doing something like hiking/walking/mushroom hunting and capturing memories in camera for future.

BBqueing mushrooms with chicken/pork/beef makes it very tasty.

How do you  differentiate poisonous and non poisonous.? So far i know some white mushroom  which is found in wild like the one you showed in the above pics as edible  are extremely poisonous.

I am not export on that, I know few edible species, I just collect them and this I learn by going mushroom hunting with an expert. You are right some white mushroom are also poisonous.

Colors of the Earth are always refreshing for the eyes and calming for the soul. During my trek to Gosainkund we trekked through an amazing ancient forest. The trees were so old, so tall, if only they can talk they would tell us amazing stories. We went during Janai Purnima (August 2007), it was raining during the entire journey (3 days going up, 3 days coming down). We were soaked in the continuous rains. I slipped and fell a couple of times on the rocks, injured my wrist. But had a wonderful time, nevertheless.

Strange to note that Utah and Amsterdam are half worlds apart. Are you originally from Nepal?
