My friend was caught by INS today, he has paid the bail and now waiting for the court paper to arrive. What is the best option for him now.

Its hard to explain you   in few lines ..do some research.. right now nepal is the worst country on earth to live.. worst than many african countries. In terms of lifestyle, sanitation, law and order, healthcare, public transport.. bla bla. Its always good to seek a better future ..and  studying abroad. It is possible that Girishma want teenagers to finish education first in Nepal and then go elsewhere. But, it is always better to start from the beginning if the working/studies environment doesn't suit as in present context of Natabad, Kripabad.................... blah blah in Nepal.
