Paras claims that one of the reasons why Dipendra killed his entire family was because of a weapons deal that did not work out.
‘That, to me, was the real trigger. The deal would have probably been
for about 50,000 rifles, which at US$300 ($454) apiece, would work out
to about US$15 million.’
Paras accuses that Dipendra was planning to make $15 million and when the deal did not pan out he was angered. Paras must have failed in his mathematics class. If the cost of one rifle was $300 how would Dipendra make $15 million? Is that the commission? Even if it was true maybe he would make 5% commission which is less than a million dollars.
This is utter bull shit. Dipendra did not need money he had plenty of money.
This is nothing more than "chor ko khutta kaat bhanda khutta taanne". Now that Maoist are going to reopen the investigation of the palace massacre, this stupid moron paras is already weaving up different stories and excuses.
I did have doubts about Dipendra killing his family now it's become evident that Paras and clan were involved.
