I guess,  Ajaya adopted her just to help her getting in US. So, they are not Father-daughter, Just kagaji daughter, and that women is real bitch. and ajaya had forget he was living  in USA not Nepal when got horny.

the girl lied on her passport about her age. i can't find how much tho. so she could be 18 years before she turned 18. I received this in email and thought of sharing because it seems like punishment is too harsh for the crime. If he did say that he f*d her after she was 18 then I don't see why he needs to be jailed for 300 years.

Without any evidence and solely on the basis of a phone conversation where he may have admitted (loss in translation aside) to having consensual sex after she was 18, for a man to be put in prison for rest of his life is outrageous and a shortcoming of the US judicial system.

Sign the petition because you have nothing to lose. But a man in jail who may have been wrongly condemned will have another chance at a re-trial. There will be some hope for his family. You have nothing to lose. If it is again determined that he is guilty then at least you can be at peace that you gave the benefit of doubt.

Pire, the examples you gave: Woody Harrelson and Clinton might have been relevant to the case we are discussing, however they were horrible examples of proving how American justice system is biased. Both Clinton and Harrelson did NOT break any law by having the consensual sex with the women, both of which were adult. Sure Clinton lied under oath and that was a violation while Harrelson’s doing was ethically wrong; but again there wasn’t a criminal misconduct like the case we are discussing here. Yes, O.J. Simpson’s case would be comparable of how somebody can buy justice around here, but that’s everywhere ain’t it?

 

grgBhai, You say what do I have to lose? Have you ever thought about it from the girl’s side. Let’s say she was really the victim. Read Nas’ post and his quoting of RmNY’s view point; would you still want to give him the benefit of doubt?  Yes, 300 years is a little too long of a sentence and probably it should be reduced but I will only ask for reduction if he comes out honest in this matter. I will only vouch for him if somebody can elaborate on what he meant by, “You f$#*ed me after age 18, that means you gave consent,” a question that I raised in my earlier post on this thread and that has been asked by many since with no satisfactory answer.  Ajay should either properly justify why he said that OR atleast build his defense saying YES they did have consensual sex but only after 18. He hasn’t done so and until he does that, it puts him behind the suspicion of lying to the jury. His credibility is thus lost and thus jury has sided towards the victim who claim he molested/raped her.

 

I suggest “advocates for Ajay” to focus on building a better case than getting signatures. Jury has focused on the statement that we have discussed here so they should focus on it as well and prove that yes there had been consensual sex but that was only after age 18 if that is so. If they keep on claiming that he never had sex with the girl I also am not going to sign the petition (I know not a big deal to you) knowing that he made that statement and thus he either lied in the past or is lying now.

Newlynew what kind of crimes are you guilty of that you demand such harsh punishments? Bear in mind she was not his own daughter so your sense of morality is coming from your own experience? She was only brought in after she was older not when she was an infant.

Let's focus on facts and possibilities and not delusions

1. There are many cases of innocent who have been wrongfully sentenced (Search "innocent jailed" and find over 5 million results)
2. There is possibility that he is innocent
3. There is possibility that his sentence is too much for the crime
4. The girl was adopted when she was 15 so there is possibility that the girl misbehaved and blamed ajay because she harbored ill feelings towards his behavior.


And yes I do think there is a difference between adopting when someone is an infant and adopting someone when they are 15 years old. If you watch a child grow from infant in front of you compared to adopting a 15 yr old girl - who herself just started her adolescence who could have agreed for adoption for her own good ie leaving nepal and living in US, who could herself harbor attraction towards other males because of her age. Then you know that it's not the same thing to adopt someone who's 15 yrs old versus an infant who will be as loved as cared for as your own child.

By the way your delusion of grandeur also shows from your new thread on the same topic trying to gain some support but you are not going to get any support because you're a hater and nothing else. You hate because that's all you are capable of. Feel sorry for you.

Obviously it's wrong to adopt a 15 yr old girl to use as your sex toy. But it is possible that the girl used the man to reach her objectives and when it became difficult, she framed the man.

This is not bending over backward to defend the rapist. He has already been prosecuted and the girl has won.

I support a retrial to go over all the details in case there was something missing and the possibility is there that the man was framed.

You may be blind to the fact that sometimes women use men and this could be one of those cases. I am not passing any judgements like you but only supporting a review of the case.

Let me remind you first of all that the crime here is not an incest relationship with an adopted daughter, it is the accusation of rape and molestation and possibility of sex with minor.

Nas, I don't know what new information you found out than what I posted in my first post on this thread. That might have changed your view but like you see it hasn't made any difference in my conclusion. Like I said, I want to see a transcript of the conversation and the language expert's (who appeared in the court) conclusion. Until then I would neither sign a petition NOR would I go everywhere claiming him to be a rapist. I think most of us just don't have enough material to decide either way, and since the jurors went over all the evidence, I have to go with their conclusion for now.

Also, I don't agree with the logic that only criminal advocate for harsh punishment. So every 911 widow who wanted a life sentence to the perpetrator of the event are criminals?

Yup, I am a criminal too along with a lot of people who lost their loved ones to the crime.
