I have a question regarding the labor advertisement.
I am a BA working in one location and my company is located in another state. In that case where should the advertisement be published for my labor ? Does it need to be national level? Anyone have similar experience. thanks for you help.

yes it doesn't matter where the advertisement is filed for, the main goal is to get labor approved from the state where your labor is filed.

I talked with my lawyer too and he said it will be based on my work location - where i am working right now. So lets see what happens. i guess it does not matter as long as they present me as someone who will continue working in this location. that is what he said.

Does anyone have any idea about the processing time for labor certification these days?

February is current time now. anyone applied labor on february? I have seen in murthy.com where people respond that their labor approved in 7days. but i think average time 3\4 months.
