Hi,
while on my opt, I had worked for chipotle and once I got a job offer I had quit and worked for a company. So, when i bring documents for h1b stamping in nepal, I need to show my 1040 form and w2 form. On my 1040 form, it shows the toal amount of earning from both my current job+chipotle. Since I will have to show w2 of both my current job and chipotle, will i get into trouble?
I worked on chipotle when i was in f1 status while on OPT but my 1040 form has the total earning from there too. Help please. Is it required I show my 1040 and w2 form at all?

If you get visa right away, then they will return ur pp next day. But if you get 221g then that might take some time. See if you can get PIMS verified now in Nepal. You can find some discussion on PIMS verfication below

RELAX. you are going to have fun back home don't let these american issues bother you.
you know what i did. i had just one paystub from oct 1-oct 15. and h1b petition and h1b approval. they asked me few question.
and i got the visa other day.
don't listen to these guys. do your way. be preapred for the questions they'll ask. all you need the h1b approval. all other things are unnecessary because they are not the one who issues the h1b. do be shaky when they ask question just answer them.
all of them who stuck in nepal, i am sure they messed up the interview.
your h1b legit... that's enogh ground to get visa. all other things are out of stupid mind.
enjoy ride home.
by the way i got my visa from one of those dhoti consultant. so relax and enjoy momo.

@jhilke bro: Good luck buddy. Don't lose hope. I've heard that it takes 2 to 3 weeks so keep on calling the embassy about your status. Can you please list what questions they asked?
@bange: I was also planning to schedule interview from here if possible. According to you, seems like i won't be able to. Anyway thanks for the info.
Whoever have already applied and gotten visa, can you list the questions asked during the interview?
Thanks

Guys,
Please do not listen to anybody regarding making the appointment for visa interview. I got the interview date before I flew to Nepal and appleared on interview on the second day in Nepal. If you wanna confirm please find the Nabil Bank Maharajgunj branch phone no and ask them. Those who are saying we can not make appointment ...please do not share the information, if you are not sure about it.
@Sirus_me: Consular asked me very few questioned but spend most of the time doing something on his system and may be checking with his co-worker too(coz he asked me to hold for a min and went back for few mins)
Below are the few question I remember from the interview:
Q: Who do you work for?
A: company name.
Q: What do you do?
A: I am XXXXXX(degination)
Q:No what do you do?
A: I do XXXXX (programming)
Q: Do you work in company location?
A: No I work for client location
Q: Who do you have contract with?
A: I had to go through the vendor I had contract with vendor
Q: Who do you report if you need time off/sick leave?(vendor or company)
A; My company
Q: Have you ever taken vacation before?
A: Yes twice
Q: When?
A: mentioned months
Q: Who is your supervisor?
A: Supervisor name from the empoyer.
Q: Who is your client supervisor?
A: Mentioned the name
After completion of the interview, he mentioned that since this is the unusual case they need to put this case on hold and when I asked what made this case unusual he said since there care two man power company(my employer and vendor) which is unusual for the h1b. No slips were issued and no docs were asked so far.
All the best for those who are stuck here in kathmandu just like me and coming over for the visa stamping. For those who is coming here, regardless the chances of getting visa, get prepared for enough stress you will have while waiting for the response.
Thanks.

Came to know that consular tried contacting my company and left the VM. They will call back the consular. Does anyone have this experience? Does anyone know what will they talk about? chances of getting approval? Is it possitive or negative thing?
Thanks
