दशहजार मधेसीलाई नेपाली सेनामा भर्ना लिनु कति सान्धर्विक छ ?

मधेशी मुलका नेपाली नागरिकहरु लाई नेपाली सेनाको मापदण्ड पुर्याएर सेनामा भर्ना हुनुको लागि  प्रोत्साहित गरिनुपर्छ र यसलाई सकरात्मक रुपमा लिनु पर्छ | मधेसी मुलका नेपाली नागरिक हरुले सेनाको मापदण्ड पुर्याएर बीस हजार जना ले प्रवेश गरे पनि त्यसमा कसैको बिरोध हुदैन तर अहिले माओबादी र मधेशी मोर्चाले सम्झौता गरेर उनीहरुको स्वार्थ को लागि जसरि नेपाली सेनालाई विवाद मा ल्याउने चेस्टा गरिरेको छन् जुन घातक र अबैधानिक छ ,त्यसले नेपाली रास्ट्रीयता कम्जोर बनाउने देखिन्छ | के नेपाल भनेको माओबादी र मधेसी हरुको मात्र हो ? नेपालमा प्रत्येक जाति र व्यक्ति हरु संग सम्झौता गर्दै जाने हो भने भोलि को नेपाल कस्तो होला ? नेपाल भनेको मात्र नेपाली हरुको देश हो | यदि कोहि  नेपाली हुनुमा गर्व गर्न सक्दैन र आफ्नो रास्ट्रीयता नेपाली होइन भन्छ भने तिनीहरु देश द्रोही हुन्,तिनीहरुलाई नेपालमा बस्ने कुनै अधिकार छैन |

बिगतमा मधेसी,जनजाती,  दलित हरुलाई विभेद गरेर राज्य को मूल प्रभाह बाट बन्चित गरिएको सत्य हो | नेपाली सेना देखि हरेक सरकारी कार्यालय हरुमा ब्राह्मण र क्षेत्री हरुको बर्चस्व रहेको नकार्न मिल्दैन | राज्य को हरेक अंग लाई सामबेशी बनाउदै जानु अति आवश्यक छ तर नेपाली सेनामा  एकै पटक  १०,००० मधेसीको सामुहिक भर्ना गरेर  छुट्टै ईकाई  बनाउने निर्णय लाइ  कसरी उचित मान्न सकिन्छ त ? के मधेसी हरु मात्र राज्य द्वारा उपेक्षित् भएका छन् ? केहि अपबाद लाई छाडेर आधिबाशी जनजाति र दलित हरुको पनि नेपाली सेना मा नगन्य उपस्थिति छ | मधेशी हरुको दश हजार जना लाइ सेना मा लिने सम्झौता गरिसको सरकारले पुर्व नेपालको लिम्बुवान र खम्बुवान बादी हरुले पनि सामुहिक रुपमा सेना मा प्रवेश को माग राखेमा राज्य ले त्यो पुरा सक्दैन र त्यसमा कुनै चासो पनि देखौदैना किनकि लिम्बुवान र खम्बुवान बादी हरु संग मधेसबादी हरुलाई जस्तो प्रभुको आशिर्बाद छैन |

 

त्यसो त नेपाली सेनामा माथी उल्लेख गरेको शाशाक जाति हरु बाहेक मगर हरु को पनि छुटै गण छ –जुन आफैमा विभेदकारी हो किनकि देशको अखण्डता र सर्ब भौमिकता को रक्षा गर्ने नेपाली सेनाको गण कुनै पनि जाति बिशेस को नाम मा राक्नु गलत हो –सेनाको जात ,धर्म र कर्म नेपाल र नेपाली बाहेक अरु कुनै हुन सक्दैन –त्यसैले नेपाली सेना मा भएको जाति बिशेस को गण नाम लाइ हटाएर बैज्ञानिक रुमपा गण को नामकरण गर्नु जरुरि छ किनकि जात जाति मा भएको गण को नामले नेपाली सेनाको समग्र प्रतिनिथित्व गर्न सक्दैन | उदाहण को लागि मधेसीगण बनाउने कुरा लाई लिएर अहिले व्यापक बिरोध भै रहेको छ किनकी मधेशीगण भनेको मधेशी हरुको लागि मात्र हो भन्ने संदेश आम जनतामा गएर नै यस्तो बिरोध भएको हो |

रास्ट्रीयता र राष्ट्रिय एकता मा समग्र देश बाशी लाई एकताबद्द गर्न को लागि मधेसी र अन्य उपेक्षित् वर्ग लाई राष्ट्रिय मुलधारमा ल्याउन अत्यन्तै जरुरि छ तर त्यसको लागि राज्य ले भ्रस्ट र अवसरबादी मधेसबादी पार्टीहरु र नेताहरु भन्दा एक कदम अगाडी बढेर सेनाको मापदण्ड पुर्याiएर सेनामा ले आफै भर्ना लिने व्यवस्था गर्नु पर्छ | माओबादी र मधेशबादी पार्टीहरुको दबाब मा सेनाले उनीहरुको स्वार्थ अनुसार भर्ना लिने हो भने नेपाली सेनाको छबी धमिलिन सक्छ किनकि नेपाली सेना भनेको समग्र रास्ट्रको सेना हो र त्यो कुनै पार्टी र जाति बिशेषको भर्ति गर्ने थलो होइन| एतीखेर बिचारनीय पक्ष के छ भने माओबादी को सात हजार सम्म लडाकुहरुलाई समायोजन गर्न नसकिरहेको अवस्थामा दश हजार मधेसीलाई सेनामा लिने कुरो सामान्य रुपमा लिन मिल्दैन | अर्को कुरो किन मधेशी मोर्चाले नेपाली सेनामा त्यत्रो बिध्न जोड दिइ रहेको छ ? रोजगार को व्यवस्था गर्न लाई सेना बाहेक सरकारका अन्य निकाय हरु मा पनि व्यवस्था गर्न सकिन्छ |

नेपालका राजनीतिक पार्टीहरुले सधै आपनो पार्टी को स्वार्थ अनुसार नीति नियम हरु बनाई रहेको छन् | विभिन्न चरण मा सबै राजनीतिक पार्टी हरुले देसको सत्ता हाक्ने अवसर पाएर पनि उनीहरु दलगत स्वार्थ भन्दा माथि उठेर देसको हितमा काम गर्न असमर्थ भएको प्रमाणित भैसकेको छ | यतार्थमा देस कहिले पनि असफल हुदैन तर नेपालका आज सम्मका नेताहरु असक्षम् र असफल भएको इतिहासले देखाएको छ | राष्ट्र बादी नेपाली नागरिकहरुले देसको स्वाधीनता र अखण्डता मा आच आउने कुनै पनि सम्झौता को बिरोध नगरी बस्न सक्दैन र गर्नु पर्छ | नेपालको सार्ब भौमिकता को रक्षा गरन लाई कुनै चीनबादी ,भारतबादी हरुको आबस्यकता पर्दैन किनकि “आत्मा अनि शरीर”ले नेपाली नागरिकहरु देशको निम्ति लड्नलाई कदापी पछि हट्ने छैनन | नेपाल लाई अस्थिर बनाउन सम्भव भए पनि नेपालमा अरु कुनै पनि देसले पूर्ण रुपमा अधिनमा लिन वा जित्न असम्भव छ त्यसैले भबिस्यमा देशलाई भयाबह स्थितिमा पुर्याउने र नपुर्याउने जिम्मा अहिलेको माओबादी र  मधेशबादी पार्टीहरुको हातमा छ ,  आशा  गरौ उनीहरुले सम्पूर्ण नेपालीको हितको निम्ति बिबिकपूर्ण रुपले शान्ति प्रक्रिया टुंग्याउन सफल हुनेछन नत्र एउटा ले हतियार बिसौन साथ् अर्को पक्षले आपनो अधिकार को लागि हतियार उठाउने स्थिति को सिर्जना नहोला भन्न सकिदैन |

My ancestors originated in Vanarasi, India & moved north towards the hills of Nepal when the moguls conquered India quite few thousand years ago. I still have lot of relatives in India. My hometown is not that far from the border just half hour drive. Believe it or not, I've never been inside Indian territory even though it's an open border.
Now here in the USA, neither I eat Indian food nor I watch their movies and sing their songs. I'm kinda Death metal head banging guy. I strongly disagree with my roommate when they play some Bollywood shi*ts on Netflix. Those movies are so cheap.

So my point is: I strongly agree with PaulinaDidi's point of view. Madhesis are always pro Indian. I've never met a madhesi who loves Nepali music, movies & Nepalese culture. There are hoardes of madhesis who keep their money in Indian banks including those madhesis leaders.

integration of different types of people into  Neplai mainstream is the problem today. We need to solve this problem according to present day international norms and law. Different people have different personal experiences we are not going to solve this problem based on personal experience

All vahuns cant be BP, all newa cant be Ganeshman, all  kshtris cant be Dasrath Chand. there are people from certain group who want to change National flag because it doesnt represent entire population.Because of some corrupted politicians you cant blame entire group.

you said madhesis keep their money in indian banks thats true they do there may be many rerasons like, no Nepali bank facility nearby , influence of Indian banks advertisement.or not trusting the Nepali banks. Tt the same time you must know that some Nepali army chiefs, police chiefs have houses in  Gorgaon ( in delhi) which is usually not aceptable (because they move Nepali  money to India. lots of pahade politicians also have their money in indian bank.
Lots of hindi speaking businessmen of Nepali have money in singapore, so do many so called pahade/janjaati and naywar businessmen.
Point is when when a pahade/janajaati/naywars have money in India/singapore they are not considerd anitnepali but when a businessmen from terai have money deposited in indian or banks in singapore they are called anti Nepali that is double standard

when a so called pahade/janjaati/naywars follow Indian life style (Indian food, indian dress, indian entertainment, Indian dance) that is ok but a madhesi guy (because of thier geographical proximaty they have same local dress code) wears dhoti he becomes anti Nepali ? how come ?
Those  so called pahade/janajati/naywars have choices to chose from different dress/food and entertainment but  most of them choose Indian and still considers themselves as pure Nepali lol...lol

Choosing indian style wont corrupt their culture? wont benefit India economically ? will not that integrate them to india?  these are the same people who come here in sajha and ask why many westernrs confuse them with Indians  lol, I think they lack common sense
On the other hand as per madhesis dhoti is their traditional cloths , whats wrong in wearing them?

But go to madhes and check in educational institutes those young madhsis wear pants and shirts.Older generations wear dhotis
 
People in Janakpur love maithali songs but we dont considers maithali cultures as Nepali, whose problem is that? same is true with many other cultures.
Many of janajatis observe Tibetian Lohasars , we dont say anyhting but when a madhesi obsrve a cultural festibale whis is also obserevd southern side of the border we  think different. hey because of geographiccal proximity those htings are observed on either side of border.

regarding the influnce of indian culture and propoganda in Madhesis Indian propoganda machine  and cultural corruption is so big that it had reached up to himal. How on earth we expect madhesis to survive that?
1.lots of so called pure Nepali have willingly choosen indian life style over nepali life style 
2. lots of so called pure neplais put money in indian and singapore bank
3. lots of so called pure Neplais cantr survive without bollywood entertainment 
with all these indian copy they are still considered pure Nepali but poor madhesi because have geographilcal proximity have many similaritis with indians on south always treated as second class citizens.

regarding madhesis being pro indian.
1.Who did 1950s treaty? who did koshi and gandak treaty?
2.Who allowed  indain ambassador to distribute indain aid dirrectly to villages without the permission from govt ( surya bahdaur thapa did it when he was pm for a short period durung jana andolan)
3. Nepalese newspaprs are not allowed to sell in india but why we are allowing indian news papers in Nepal ? madhesis did that or what ?
All these pro indain ations are taken by so called pure nepalis but  why a poor madhesis have to suffer ? Just because he wears dhoti ?
if you disagree or dont like the proposal/idea or plan of some partis then please  talk about it with logic instead of blaming entire group.

KATHMANDU, OCT 02 - Minister for Health and Population Rajendra Mahato has come under the CIAA's scanner for allegedly distributing cash to journalists while exchanging Dashain greetings.

The anti-graft body said it would take action against Mahato if he was found to have misused state coffers.

Minister Mahato on Saturday reportedly doled out cash to over 60 journalists, especially those covering news on the Health Ministry and Madhes. The health minister had invited journalists to his official quarter in Lalitpur to exchange Dashain greetings. Each of the greeting cards contained Rs 5000 to 8,000 cash. Some journalists returned the cash immediately after they found the greeting envelop also contained cash. Worth noting is the fact that the Health Ministry tops the defiant ministries in terms of implementing CIAA directives.

"Since the Federation of Nepalese Journalists (FNJ) has also urged us in writing to look into it, we will probe the issue and the minister will be booked if he is found at fault," CIAA Spokesman Ishwori Paudyal said.

The FNJ has dubbed the minister's move an attempt to bribe the media to make it act in his favour. "FNJ draws attention of the CIAA to look into the matter and initiate immediate action," FNJ Secretary Jagat Nepal stated in a press release.

You do not know well about the efficiency of Nepalese army then. Yes, NA is a small army but is made up of strong soldiers. It's NA that forced maoists to come into mainstream politics. If maosits had even the slightest hint that they would defeat NA they would have never come into BOKA KO TAUKO DEKHAERA KUKUR KO MASU BECHNE THAU (Parliamentary politics). If NA had wanted, they could have swiped maosts off. However, they chose to weaken and disarm maoist slowly to mimimize the huge human loss. It's because they were fighting with own citizen and fighting with own people is the most precarious job for any army in the world. Do not forget almost 65 years ago it was same nepalese army that stopped Japanese enterinig into indian sub continent and saved millions of lives from butchering. Nepal army has been one of the best peace keeping troops in the world since a long time. Do you still think it is ineffectual?? FYI  NA is one of the best army in the world in mountaineering warfare. Even american armies come to it's mountaineering warfare training centere in mustang for training. Discard your inferior complex about everything in Nepal.

     Only people with hindi mother tongue ? only who migrated from India ? only people who wear Dhoti ?
            Or people who live that plain since last 50 years or more ? If you say Yes on this, how about many Nepali speaking पहाडे who have been living there since last 100 years?

thats not me who is defining  who are madhesi. General non madhesi concept is black colored people wearing dhoti and speaking hindi style language (not necessaearly hindi) are considered madhesi. and there lies the problem. Tharus who were living in that area for thousends of years were also considered madhesi by some people I see problem their too.

now situation is that even if you call girija madhesi those black colored dhoti wearing living in terai wont agree 
nepal is a small country but here no Neplai that is the problem.
When madhesi hated being called madhesi we called them madhesi, now they want to call themsleves madhesi we scold them not being nepali , whose fault is this ?

I think the question should be Do we really need another 10,000 personal (madheshii, padharii or whatever rii) in Nepali Army?  We have about 20,000 Maoist PLA army whom the government now pay close to Rs7G for just sitting in their a$s. I am not sure about the number in Nepal army but as far as I see they do nothing either.  We should be cutting the army personal not increase it.

And today, I am compelled to say this to "_____": I am quite impressed -- through and through -- with not only your perseverance and resilience; but also your ability to articulate your arguments with an admirable degree of RESPECT and politeness to your opponents. Then, you have a sharp taste of REASON and LOGIC to add icing to the cake! BRAVO!

Most of the others' arguments seem to be borne out of sheer ignorance. They say ignorance is bliss; but when one tries to use it as a tool in an argument, it becomes a curse!
