Well I did eat raw fruits and vegetables in Nepal - I just ate them at home. And yes they do serve salads in restaurants! he he

I agree some things taste better there. Cauliflower and carrots for example. Much sweeter. Tomatoes  too had a slightly different flavor. I guess its all "naturally" grown there - maybe a bit too naturally at times!
