bathroom bro I agree with u that law has to be followed and stuff, But if any family has to be on high alert in Nepal while being in public is the Royal family who can make easy targets so in my book its justified that paras walks around with a gun and why not there are thousands of YCL, maoists carrying weapons every day and he has every right to protect him self in a very unstable Nepal.  Yes its wrong to shoot a gun in public no matter what but I think he made a statement to all those who think they can easily approach him and try to humiliate him or our nation. Commrade Prachanda, with the mission of conquering state with his own army then, King Gyanendra with his son, killed 32 inside the palace including his own brother and family and Mr. Koirala who want guieness book of world record in being primeminister or always wanted to be powerful politician till his death. Now, the mistake of taking power solely on his hand by Former king Gyanendra with Thapas and Ranas consulting india and failed attempt to roll time back into panchayat system made Mr. Girija prasad mad. On the otherside of story, Commarade was preaching about mao theory and recruiting uneducated and educated school teachers and students. The former kingannounced Comrade as terrorist with the help of international power and put price in his head while on otherside comrade Prachanda negotiated with  Mr. Girija babu and kick king out and get into power. Now Mr. Girija and other party leaders flew to delhi and embassies but Gynendra underestimated power of old longnosed politician. At the same time Prachanda was tired of killing 13000 people. Mr. Girija and comrade Prachanda  had table talk ( signed some shiat) decided to kick one player outta way Former king and will take care of each other who to get power after election.  Now here we come, We being frustated of War between Prachanda's army, Bandha's by parties joined the streets in the hope both croocks Prachanda and Girija will bring peace and develop country. Without help of us neither India nor China would be or could kick king out because before king was kicked out, politicians did went to different embassies but were not able to do anything. With the help of Majority of us ( citizens) they finally kicked one player out of their dirty game. After death of Girija Babu,successors of koirala and Commrades themselves are fighting to get power at the mean time Parash lose his temper on Koirala's because of this and we definately know rest what happened next. The whole purpose of this story is to let people judge independently.

Parash, never been away from media attention and stupidity. He planned royal massacre, killed pravin gurung, punched Ram krishna Dhakal and now shooting in public. If he was citizen of any other developed and civilized country, then there would be perfect punishment to fit the crime but we know law in nepal. He is a pathetic psycho who doesnt have price of human life. In frustation, you might say we need people like parash but when people like parash is in power, he will become mad drunk driver in the streets of Nepal. He should be punished for his nonsense and so, every other criminals should be which often does not happen. But these events will give Mr. Parash more encouragement to shoot people in public without thinking twice. The reason why he was able to shoot today was because he was not punished killing pravin gurung yesterday.

Now talking about Politicians, they are the law of Nepal. They have power on judge, on police officers, on army officers, on everything you can imagine of so, there is no system to control them, they make the law , they rule the country, they do whatever they want and can.

In your previous post you were naming blood sucker to the Shah kings.....common man don't be a revolutionist. They are blood suckers ( at least kings of my time and history says). Well I dont have solid proof, videos, interviews about royal family massacre. It is totally MY self analization. Media, witness, politicians are run by money and guns. Country is run by these so called politicians ( Kings, Commanders, Police cheifs and bla blas) who have both money and guns combined power. However, sujata koirala prompt action and asking home ministry and DIG to take action against paras is itslef tells lawlessness in country, she called everyone and action has not been taken yet.
