Do you remember the guy who had been senting money from UK and wanted to go to school. His brother and sister got F1 visa and wanted to more money.
Who ever had send moeny and help family , you did your fair share. But every body need to learn where to stop and when to stop. If you are not able to keep the boundry then you will be the next to write another story.
Once you stop sending money they will turn around and you are no more their son or daughter. Do not be a milking cow, not saying do not help. But know your limitation.

To anonymous: And what lord buddha did to his own parents? Did he take care of his parents in their old age? Why to talk about pay or repay? Its a process that every human goes through.I think communication and finding a mutual understanding between parents and children is the key to have a happy and healthy family relationship. We just don't talk extensively with our parents. Whatever is told by our parents is the ultimate truth, according to our culture. The vocabulary we use everyday is in fact the problem. To respect, care and nourish your parent is good. But not to the extent that one feels that s/he is pushed to the edge and is the only one to bear all the responsibilities. Equality starts at home we all know it but we hardly practice it. Typical Nepalese us, exceptions excluded.
Chori vaneko arka ko sampati ho. Chora vaneko budheskal ko latthi ho.Blah blah..these are the very vocabularies which create our mentality, shape up our thinking pattern, get manifested not only in our individual behaviour but also in society and in country at large. Enough is enough for both sons and daughters. I think it is a good start that finally we begin to talk on this issue.

@justcantgetenough:
I can see your argument and your point of view. If the amount going to your parents is unreasonable, you should simply decrease the amount by having a "man-to-man" dialogue. Hopefully, your parents are reasonable people.
However, if the money going to your parents is reasonable by Nepali standards and considering other factors like loans, etc. and money is being used for necessities and not showing off, it's a different issue now. Here, I'd recommend go for a win-win scenario and not, a win-lose scenario. Create a picture where both parties can win. Kind of like a dialectic. Be creative. I would take it as an opportunity to learn and teach something to/from your family. I can see one way out for a win-win scenario: By insisting on investing your money in Nepal and not simply using it as a cash cow. I am not a finance guru but an engineer so ask someone with more experience in this regard.
My dui paisa.
