Getting rid of the blahs. Yawn: is it just me?

1.Take baby steps. Vary your routine...Rent a thriller if you usually watch romantic comedies. If emptying the dishwasher drives you crazy, trade chores with your sister.
2. Instead of waiting for someone else to call and make plans, call first. Smile first at someone new. Volunteer.
3.Exercise. You've heard it a million times but it's true. Exercise makes all kinds of things feel better.
4.Stop thinking the rest of the world has a better life than you do. Every single person on earth has a share in happiness, anxiety, victories and failures.
5.Fight it. Don't surrender to feeling bloopy. Your life's success is all about your behavior and your attitude. You are stronger and smarter than any mood. Go for it!

Hey Zombie, it's funny how u are judging us! Being a women-rights speaker doesn't mean I can't have fun hmm.... I am lucky that I've this privilege to have fun therefore I want every woman to have at least their basic rights....that's why I am speaking for these women (look how they are treated yaar). My "wild" is not to get drunk and hit rock bottom nor is my "high" to flip and hit the ceiling. But, yes,... my "dangerous" side is vertical rock climbing, my phobia is looking down. And my extreme is yoga; my goal is to turn myself into a human rubberband!

My hair is down down down to my bo-tommmmm and all I do is STAND ON MY HEAD, EVERY morning!
Reasons:
- It flows my blood to my brains and hair roots!
-It gives me a different perspective on life! Helps me find my center of gravity upside-down or is it downsid up?!
-I kinda know what it's like to be walking on the ceiling; a 3-D illusion
-It de-confuses me after interacting with confused! ;)

I thought I can get some of yours idea here. We have a international cultural exchange program in later week of November at my University. We are only two ladies at my university. We are not being able to decide what would be best for us to look better there. Two of us performing dance sounds weird? singing? we are not aware of music composition to direct musicians. Even if we decide to go for it, which song ? dance steps? what custom? sort of questions giving us headache. We want to make sure that we don't look stupid in the stage. Some of you might have done it in the past. Would be grateful if you share it here. PS: I am somewhere in east coast.

Do we have yoga centers in US? I used to do in while I was in Nepal.
