So with Federal Notice set to publish today, do you think we should immediately apply for EAD and Advance Parole? or wait a few weeks? Suggestions are appreciated!!

are yaar i mailed papers on may 10th (by fedex it was delivered) i file with $410 I-756 & $85 biometrics fees i have not received any notice yet .. anyone on same page ????

@nj Npl.. Not an expert on this but it seems like you have included $85 which is not required. In that case there are chances they would return your packet mentioning the money order is not the right amount. Ani arko kura just shipment address from Fedex and USPS are different i think..

Just a quick question, if yoh have applied all the time for tps, do we have to reapply again for EAD and tps again. Need help. License expiring soon

@u4unique well not necessary, some people have been successful in renewing their license via the federal notice while some of us applied EAD just to avoid the hassle DPS and employer may give bhanera. So it is upto you whether you want to spend money for new ead with March 2020 expiration.

Still advised to apply for travel document after June 24?

If you already have TPS AP that expire in June 24 2019, you are supposed to let it expire before you apply new one. You apply after June 24 2019. Right?

You can send in your application for Ap as it takes around 2 months so what is the point to wait until june 24??

I-765 $ 410 for renewal no photo need
I-131 filing fee above 14 yrs. $575 And $85 for biometric services and 2 photos

You do not need to file I821 if you already have approved i821 from last year! 2 photos with your name written at the back of each photo! $575 is the correct amount for AP

I am not sure about the AP as I have never applied one.
Regarding EAD renewal, I did not sent any photos. The documents i sent was:
i765, g1145 for text on case received, $410 money order, previous TPS approval letter, Current expiring EAD card front and back in same page. Thats all i sent.

Do we need to have some specific reason for travel or even family visit would be a legit reason for AP? Are there any additional documents other than you've mentioned? And how long does it take for the processing?

I've sent documents for EAD along with AP last week and I only included a $410 check coz i didn't know AP would cost application fee of $575. I'm screwed! Want to go to Nepal so bad for Dashain and now I even don't know whether they would accept my AP application.

Hijo matra USCIS lai phone bata call gari thiye AP ko . I filed AP this time as well. They were not sure that AP bata nepal gayera aauna milcha . She also added tps has been only extended through march 2020. She was like you should wait for the decision .. bhattarai vs neilson. Is it true . Anyone who has been to nepal and comeback without any problem .

I sent my I-765 form along with check of 410$ via FedEx which was received by USCIS(signed) on May 28th. I had sent G-1145 along with the application too, but i haven't received any updates(neither text/email). Also, the check hasn't been cashed yet. Anybody on the same page or anybody how long should i wait before taking any further action?

@chabahil_nepali, my application reached on June 3, got text, email and paper mail.
Also got email update today saying they are processing my application. On my online account i see they are reusing the bio-metrics.
