Did biometric on 7th August, NOA of EAD on 11th August

Those of you who got your EAD on production, did you write a12 or c19 on your category? I don't think that would be the case, but just wondering because a12 means after TPS is approved. I hope USCIS is not gonna wait till they approve TPS first to give EAD for those who put a12.

Had Biometric on July 30. Mine is still pending. I wrote a12. Since some status already changed I am hoping I get to see some updates soon this week.

It doesnt matter you get your ead right now or later, you wont be able to use it until your TPS gets approved.

I don't think so, you can start working right away after you get you EAD.
Eg, when someone apply for asylum, they get their EAD and start working right away, before their case is approved, which sometimes takes years.

I put mine a12 as well. NOA received on July 7th. According to the USCIS folks from the bridge call they conducted previously it doesn't matter whether you put c19 or a12.

Why the fu*****kkkk are you providing false information. Who the hell told you that you told you that we have to wait until TPS gets approved to use the EAD card. Anyone who get the EAD can immediately start their job provided they already have their SSN. MAny folks may have to wait until they get SSN. If you don't know for sure then you should not share the info with 100% confidence. You could have rather asked if you were confused.

We all are excited, and each of us has our own reason to apply for TPS. Let's be hopeful.

Those who got status updated, where was the processing center?

I think all of the Nepal TPS went through Nebraska Service Center.

The thing I find common between recent EAD updates is a12.

Did anyone filled out the fee waiver? For those who did, did it get approved?
