How is cheating Criminal? No nation of the world calls Cheating a crime. There is a huge difference between breaking someone's heart (cheating) and being voilent. Enought with this crappy news...if the woman is being cheated on..be strong enough, get a divorce and get half of what your husband has which the law of Nepal already permits. Why cry and howl about women Violence on that. Cheating is rampant in Nepal....many men who live in the city are cheating their wives with dance bar whores and many women whose husbands are working outside are cheating them with available men in the city/neighbourhood.

Its another thing when women are just abused physically, beaten up and burned alive.

Those things are two entirely different issues and should not be confused with eachother.

I don't think she is making accusations based on only "Cheating". If it was, why would she drag his family? She is accusing her husband and her husband's family. I think there is more into this case and there is another side of the story too. But many males were very quick to blame her. Do you want/expect her to tell each and every minute details of abuses? I think it is very courageous of her to go to media and expose, especially when we know what kind of society we are living in. "Cheating" is not a crime legally, but morally it is. I think there were abuses and yes, she mentioned "sexual abuses" too. I think it is unimaginable for many of our educated pupils to fathom sexual abuses by husbands.
